Resepi Biskut German Butter Pelangi
Bahan-bahan
250 gm mentega (suhu bilik)
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 1/2 cwn tepung kentang
3/4 cwn gula aising
Pewarna makanan (kuning, ungu, hijau, biru, merah)
Cara memasak
1. Menggunakan mixer, pukul mentega bersama gula aising sehingga kembang dan bertukar warna kuning pucat.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum dan tepung kentang. Gaulkan rata.
3. Kemudian, keluarkan dan uli doh sehingga sebati. Bahagikan doh sama rata kepada lima bahagian.
4. Tambahkan pewarna merah secukupnya ke dalam bahagian doh yang pertama. Uli sehingga warna doh menjadi sekata.
5. Ulang proses yang sama untuk bahagian doh seterusnya dengan menggunakan pewarna kuning, ungu, hijau dan biru.
6. Setelah itu, bentukkan setiap doh menjadi bulatan kecil dan susun di atas dulang pembakar.
7. Tekan bahagian atas doh dengan menggunakan garfu untuk menghasilkan corak.
8. Bakar pada suhu 160°C selama 15-20 minit.
9. Siap dibakar, biarkan biskut sejuk seketika di atas cooling rack sebelum disimpan ke dalam bekas.
10. Biskut German Butter Pelangi siap untuk dihidangkan.

German Butter Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
250 gm butter (room temperature)
2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cups of potato flour
3/4 cup of icing sugar
food coloring (yellow, purple, green, blue, red)
Cooking methods
1. Using a mixer, beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy and turns pale in color.
2. Add in wheat flour and potato flour. Mix together until forming a dough.
3. Then, transfer the dough and knead until nicely combined. Divide the dough into five parts.
4. Add a sufficient amount of red food coloring into the first part of the dough. Keep kneading until the color of the dough is even.
5. Repeat the same process with the rest of the dough using yellow, purple, green and blue food coloring.
6. After that, shape the dough into small circles and arrange them on the baking tray.
7. Press on top of the dough using a fork to form a pattern.
8. Bake at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
9. Once done, let the cookies rest on the cooling rack before transferring them into containers.

多晶矽因為其易堆疊性與低製程熱預算而被視為未來有機會實現三維晶片的材料,然而,多晶矽因結晶性較差而有較低的載子遷移率,進而影響其電性表現。為了使多晶矽元件能達到三維晶片電性需求,提升多晶矽結晶性成為實現三維晶片的重要的課題。在本篇論文中,我們成功製作出側壁鑲嵌式閘極全環繞多晶矽電晶體,並利用改變上層氮化矽厚度施加更大的應力於通道,藉此製作出結晶性更佳的電晶體。我們製作出上層氮化矽為 40 奈米、60 奈米及 80 奈米的多晶矽電晶體,並透過材料分析與電性比較來研究應力與結晶性的關係。研究發現,上層氮化物為 60 奈米之元件因其在結晶時感受到最大的應力,所以結晶速度最慢,最慢的結晶速度能成長出
最大的晶粒與最少的結晶缺陷。透過材料分析與電性量測,我們證實了上層氮化物為 60 奈米之元件有最好的結晶性與電性。此外,我們對不同上層氮化物厚度的側壁鑲嵌式閘極全環繞多晶矽電晶體的溫度穩定性、閘極偏壓可靠度與熱載子可靠度做了深入的研究。上層氮化物為 60 奈米之元件因其結晶性較佳所以有較好的通道與閘極氧化層介面,因此在高溫時有較少的次臨界擺幅衰退;也因其有較佳的結晶性與較少的晶界,晶界導致的電場加強效應較不明顯,因此展現出較佳的閘極偏壓可靠度與熱載子可靠度。此外,因為熱載子造成的碰撞解離相比於閘極偏壓時的主要衰退機制-氧化層電荷捕獲有更低的活化能,因此熱載子可靠度對結晶性有更高的敏感度。總結來
