銑削加工表面粗糙度之最佳化分析

在航空工業中,飛機引擎於高溫高壓的旋轉之下,機件上的瑕疵所造成的損傷皆會被放大來看,而發動機的壓縮機構表面要求更為嚴峻。因此相較於其他的產業,零件的表面要求也更加嚴格。當表面達不到需求或有一小段刮痕時,對於引擎的運轉上可能就會造成極大的飛安事件。不同的表面粗糙度,應用的引擎區域也有所不同,針對不同的表面粗糙度,加工的方式也有所不同,一般車床銑床的表面粗糙度相較磨床之下可以高出很多,通常加工完的表面都會有些微的切削痕跡,也就是我們常說的刀痕,而這些刀痕也和加工的參數息息相關。對於銑床來說,刀具業者會提供銑刀的加工參數,但基於材料、硬度、加工環境等不同的因素下,必須調整加工參數使零件有良好的表面

粗糙度。但在遇到表面粗糙度低的表面時,加工刀具的參數更是要測試多次才有可能測試出需求的表面粗糙度。為了有效減少開發時間與測試件的成本,本文將加工參數透過有限元素分析軟體ANSYS模擬零件加工的表面、應力、應變等情況後,再比對實際加工的表面參數是否與模擬的結果吻合。研究結果顯示,對於夾持的接觸面積來說面積越大,所得到的表面粗糙度及震刀越小;刀長的長度越短,粗糙度與震刀痕跡也越小;在有效率的進給條件下,進給越少,表面粗糙度及震刀痕越小;刀具轉速在適合的範圍內越快,其表面粗糙度及震刀痕會越低。

在2019年爆發的新冠肺炎疫情,嚴重影響全球整個教育體系,因此急需推動線上教學,不讓疫情阻擋學習;並且因資訊科技的演進,促使全球的學習模式不斷更新。故本研究中以科技接受模式 (Technology Acceptance Model, TAM)為基礎,探討南部高中職餐飲群科學生對於餐飲實作課程導入Google Classroom網路平台之行為與學習成效之間的相關性。本研究採問卷調查法進行,問卷內容包括個人背景資料、Google Classroom網路學習平台外部變項、Google Classroom網路學習平台科技接受模式變項三大部分。研究邀請三位相關領域專家進行內容效度評定 ,經專家評定、進

行修正後,發放正式問卷。研究對象為南部曾經使用或正在使用Google Classroom網路平台學習之高職餐飲群科系學生,正式問卷於 2021 年 9 月 10 日到 2021 年 10 月 20 日間進行發放。本研究共發放 483 份問卷,去除無效問卷 67 份後,共回收 416 份有效問卷,有效問卷回收率 86.12 %。回收問卷後即對問卷內容進行資料分析,包括敍述性統計分析、信度與效度分析、不同背景差異分析、相關分析與多元迴歸分析,其研究結果如下:(1) 差異性分析發現部分不同個人背景學生對外部變項及科技接受模式各變項有顯著差異;(2) 相關分析發現 部分外部變項與Google Clas

sroom網路學習平台的認知易用性、認知有用性間皆有顯著正相關;Google Classroom網路學習平台的認知易用性與認知有用性間有顯著正相關;科技接受模式的認知易用性、認知有用性與系統使用意願間有顯著正相關;(3) 多元迴歸分析發現Google Classroom網路學習平台使用意願與網路使用行為有顯著正向影響,網路使用行為與學習成效有顯著正向影響。最後,本研究提出具體建議作為各餐飲專業教師及學生跟後續研究者在研究提升餐飲相關科系學生對於餐飲實作課程導入Google Classroom網路平台的學習成效之參考。
