近幾年人工智慧的崛起,為了讓生產更智能化達到更高的效率,許多加工因而往這方面發展。與此同時,隨著科技的進步使硬脆材料的使用量及發展都快速提升,但因這些材料的特性造成傳統加工不易。因此,我們使用旋轉超音波加工(RUM)結合CNC工具機進行研究探討。然而,對於製造商而言,提升生產效率等同於減少生產成本,如何在難加工材料的情況中,以符合產品品質的前提下提升生產效率成為一個非常重要的課題。本研究旨在開發一套智能超音波輔助加工系統,可預測加工品質並進行參數優化,進而提供使用者最佳參數的選擇。首先,定義玻璃邊緣破損值及分析加工參數與性能指標之間的關係,再使用實驗設計法建立加工參數組合並進行加工。再者,利

用加工參數及收集的數據建立人工智慧模型,但因無法大量加工產生大量數據,故本論文運用倒傳遞類神經網路(BPNN)學習性能指標與加工參數間的關係,便可在較少量的數據中順利預測表面粗糙度;另一方面我們利用拉格朗日多項式插值進行曲線擬合對加工時間做預測。最後,將上述兩個模型結合粒子群演算法(PSO)並加入穩健優化,建立一套智能超音波輔助加工系統。系統能依照使用者的需求,提供使用者最佳參數,並預測加工品質,使製造商能提升生產效能及降低生產成本。最終,由驗證實驗顯示本文的智能超音波輔助加工系統的性能及可行性。

本論文以圖形模組化開發的方式實現高功率密度微控制器數位式氮化鎵降壓轉換器。以意法半導體STM32系列微控制器做為控制核心,透過微控制器外設配置工具STM32CubeMX進行輸入輸出外設腳位定義。再使用Matlab/Simulink針對嵌入式系統優化的C與C++程式碼生成器Embedded Coder,以模型化設計生成降壓轉換器中3P3Z補償控制器的補償參數與控制程式碼,再由集成開發環境STM32CubeIDE來完成最後的程式編譯與燒錄動作。結合上述各個軟體整合出一套可不需透過手動編寫嵌入式程式碼,就能夠完成電源系統的控制程式與回授參數的設計流程。在轉換器硬體部分主要考慮效率和功率密度,主功率

級電路上採用氮化鎵場效電晶體作為切換元件。有別於一般轉換器所使用的功率金氧半場效電晶體,有著較低的汲極至源極導通阻抗和較低的寄生電容等特性,可操作在更高的切換頻率與較佳的導通效率。封裝尺寸也相較於同等規格的功率金氧半場效電晶體來的更小,有效降低印刷電路板的使用面積,有助於提升系統整體的功率密度。在印刷電路板尺寸縮小的同時,考慮切換元件在操作時產生的熱量會影響系統運作時的效率表現,本論文採用高密度互連技術印刷電路板來增加導熱面積。輸入與輸出接點也由電路板以表面安裝元件的引腳形式引出,增加系統本體與外部電路板接觸面積來提升散熱能力,從而使熱量對於系統效率的影響降至最低。
