以計畫行為理論探討我國海軍女性兵科軍官派任艦艇意圖之研究

隨著時代的轉變，性別平等意識提高，世界各國對兩性平權越來越重視。近年來國內有關女性從軍議題的研究日益增多，但切入探討的主題略有所不同。本研究係以我國海軍女性兵科軍官為研究對象，以計畫行為理論透過文獻分析法與問卷調查法來了解女性軍官的派任軍艦職務的意圖。研究結果發現：一、計畫行為理論的預測力在本研究中獲得支持，可用於解釋我國女性兵科軍官派任艦艇意圖的影響因素。二、我國海軍女性兵科軍官在職場工作仍舊面臨傳統的壓力與挑戰，以致在行為態度表現上呈現猶豫之現象，對於投入艦艇工作缺乏信心與意願。三、我國海軍女性兵科軍官投入軍艦工作的行為態度、主觀規範、知覺行為控制，分別都會影響行為意圖。四、年齡及畢業班
隊兩項背景變項對行為態度、行為意圖的表現有顯著差異；而從軍年資及階級對知覺行為控制上有顯著差異；艦艇資歷對行為態度及知覺行為控制上有顯著差異。

電子製造業面對半導體物料交期的不確定性、訂單給予供應商前置時間（Lead Time）不足、臨時更改設計、客戶端的需求變化瞬息萬變加上不可抗力的偶發事件和天災人禍在在考驗管理者的因應能力。藉由個案公司了解可能面臨的供應鏈危機接續不上，如何降低生產線停工的危機及後續損失賠償降到最低。本研究期可提供企業優化現有的採購作業流程，持續改善採購管理效率之建議，並建議品牌廠商採購管理應著重於如何與供應商、外包廠商建立長期夥伴關係，進而持續改善作業流程及降低成本、提升企業採購總體績效，並且能讓企業對緊急訂單需求作出更快速的反應。在本研究討論中，透過對個案公司降低供應鏈風險增進採購效率的觀念探討分析，從而得出
結論，採購經過資訊系統協助更可達成風險共擔與資訊共享觀念，風險成本及代工廠轉運成本均可下降、對前置時間不足的緊急訂單應變能力提升。
