目的:本研究旨在探討橋式運動在不同平面及膝關節角度下,其對肌肉活化程度的影響。方法:招募12名健康男性參與本研究,以平衡次序的實驗設計在穩定平面、滾筒、半圓平衡球的球體朝下分別操作膝關節起始位置45度及90度的橋式運動,每個動作各進行一次20秒測試.使用DELSYS無線肌電(1000Hz)收集臀大肌、股二頭肌、腹直肌、腹外斜肌、豎脊肌的肌肉活化情形,以Acqknowledge進行20到500Hz的帶通濾波,接著全波整流,最後以每50毫秒進行均方根平滑處理,計算中間10秒平均值,以最大自主等長收縮(MVIC)作為肌電圖標準化的基準。結果:相較於不同角度,股二頭肌及豎脊肌在操作橋式運動時的肌肉活

化為90度顯著高於45度 (p < .05);且在不同平面上,股二頭肌及豎脊肌在操作橋式運動時的肌肉活化為滾筒顯著高於穩定平面及半圓球 (p < .05)。結論:橋式運動操作膝關節90度可提升股二頭肌及豎脊肌肌肉的活化;橋式運動以滾筒操作,可提升股二頭肌及豎脊肌肌肉的活化,針對訓練課表及復健的參考,目的為提升股二頭肌及豎脊肌肌肉活化的訓練,建議在滾筒或是膝關節90度操作橋式運動。關鍵詞:核心肌群、神經肌肉、不穩定平面、動作控制

肥胖是由於營養攝取及能量代謝失衡所致,流行病學的統計顯示,肥胖與腸癌患者的不良預後呈現高度正相關。研究指出,癌細胞對於抗癌藥物產生抗藥性是造成腸癌患者預後不良及癌症復發的主要原因,然而,關於肥胖對於腸癌抗藥性之影響的臨床前證據及相關分子機制尚待釐清。文獻指出,肥胖時,脂肪細胞產生的脂肪激素分泌異常,是造成腸癌細胞惡性度上升的主因之一,其中,瘦體素是主要由脂肪細胞所分泌的脂肪激素,在肥胖時,瘦體素的生成及分泌,與脂肪組織中,脂肪的含量呈現正比。此外,在癌症惡性行為的調控上,瘦體素會促進腸癌細胞增生、爬行及侵襲之能力,並且會增加腸癌細胞對於抗癌藥物之抗性。因此,本研究旨在探討,肥胖相關脂肪激素,

針對瘦體素,在調控腸癌細胞對於第一線化療用藥-5-氟尿嘧啶之抗藥性所扮演之角色與相關機制。為了模擬肥胖時,脂肪細胞肥大及功能失常,以棕櫚酸酯處理脂肪細胞,作為肥胖脂肪細胞的實驗模式。如實驗結果所示,經過棕櫚酸酯誘發之肥胖脂肪細胞,細胞中發炎及脂肪堆積皆有顯著地上升。此外,將腸癌細胞以肥胖脂肪細胞的條件培養基培養後,會明顯地增加腸癌細胞對於5-氟尿嘧啶之抗性,其中,肥胖脂肪細胞透過增加瘦體素的生成與分泌,促進腸癌細胞之抗藥性。瘦體素可進一步上調腸癌細胞中AXL表現及活化下游訊息分子PLCγ,進而誘發P-醣蛋白之表現。機制上,瘦體素會透過抑制AMPK及LATS1活性,促進YAP活化及入核,核內的Y

AP會與TEAD形成複合體,並且與AXL啟動子結合,以活化AXL基因的轉錄作用。此外,利用中和抗體抑制高脂飼料誘發肥胖小鼠體內的瘦體素會顯著地增進腸癌腫瘤對於5-氟尿嘧啶之敏感性。這些實驗證據顯示,肥胖相關脂肪激素-瘦體素,會透過YAP所調控之AXL過度表現促進腸癌細胞對於5-氟尿嘧啶之抗藥性。
