近年,受惠於網路科技的進步與社群媒體的普及,社群媒體推播的內容變得更加個人化,也加速社群媒體同溫層現象的發生。然而,過去探討同溫層現象的研究多數屬政治及科技應用領域,較少行銷領域的研究探討同溫層行銷的效果。本研究以顧客基礎品牌權益模型(CBBE)探討同溫層行銷對於顧客線上社群參與及品牌共鳴之影響。研究方法融合質性與量化兩種方法,透過質性焦點群體訪談確認同溫層行銷的行銷手法,並藉由問卷調查法收集252份有效問卷驗證研究模型的有效性。研究結果顯示同溫層行銷正向影響顧客線上品牌社群參與,進而影響品牌共鳴。同溫層傾向對同溫層行銷與顧客線上品牌社群參與的關係具有調節效果。本研究之結果除了對理論面有良好

的啟示以外,亦能夠提供企業同溫層行銷實務應用之建議。
