臺東地區變質岩帶的地熱發展潛勢

台灣位於歐亞大陸板塊以及菲律賓海板塊碰撞帶，由於板塊構造活躍，擁有非常豐富的地熱資源。在台東知本、金峰、金崙地區有著許多溫泉，且沿著其河道有一系列的平移斷層，而熱是透過水及構造向上傳遞的，且金峰及金崙其周遭地區有非常多的微震，對於地熱資源探勘是個良好的工具。第一，區域地質構造是一個關鍵因素來了解及研究其範圍內有可能的良好地熱資源條件，第二，我們於知本地區至金峰地區沿線佈放了112台地震儀，並從知本溪、太麻里溪到金崙溪，在這三個區域內，每個區域會放置25個緊密的地震測站陣列於4x6公里的範圍內，另會有15個測站於其外圍區域，間格為5-10公里間的距離。每三個月的時間後我們會重新檢測並充電電池以

及檢查個地震儀的運作概況，在收集完幾次的資料量後，我們將會對於其各地震參數例如：P波速度、S波速度、P波衰減、S波衰減、楊式模數、蒲松比、以及拉姆達係數、體積模數和剪切係數，接著，我們就以視覺化軟體來表現這些彈性係數岩石物理學特性。它所包括有孔隙度、滲透率、飽和度和破碎地質環境的分析。這種嚴謹的地熱探勘步驟，不愧為台灣地熱探勘，注入一劑強而有力的新技術。它能對地熱儲集層進行初步判識並推測高地熱徵兆潛勢的鑽井地點，並得知台東金峰、知本、金崙地區地下構造的模型推估。LBNL利用以上的九個震波彈性係數，並且以視覺化的斷層掃描圖來分析地熱儲集層，已經有20年經驗。這是第一次在台灣東部被利用。我們獲得多

項的成果，包括：(一)由菲律賓大斷層延伸至中央山脈東南翼的左移斷層提供了熱源。（二）由地球物理探勘結果，於金峰及金崙下有一深度2至4公里含水的裂隙的區域，衰減係數也於2至4公里處分別於金峰及金崙兩側上湧至太麻里溪及金崙溪，並有許多溫泉出露。（三）由河系的不對稱因素看出中央山脈東南翼的板塊擠壓方向對比河系方向皆為為東北-西南方向，也於各河系對稱點產生溫泉。（四）本研究局限於知本/金峰/金崙溫泉地區，然台東縣溫泉林立，並多位於原住民之傳統領域，平等、尊重的溝通讓其認識新能源進而支持，是本研究進行時發現及可貴的經驗。

服用新型口服抗凝血藥物患者基因多型性與凝血功能相關性研究

心房纖維顫動(Atrial fibrillation, AF)發生率及盛行率逐年增加且罹患中風風險較高，因此臨床上預防性服用新型口服抗凝血劑(Novel Oral Anticoagulants, NOACs)人數也隨之上升。儘管NOACs相較於傳統的維生素K拮抗劑(Vit K antagonist, VKAs)不需凝血功能監測追蹤，但抗凝血劑依舊有出血風險，本研究欲觀察影響NOACs代謝相關基因(ABCB1、ABCG2、CYP3A5、CES1)之單一核苷酸多型性(Single-nucleotide polymorphisms, SNP)與臨床常見凝血功能監測凝血酶原時間(Prothrombi

n time, PT)及部份凝血活酶時間(Activated partial thromboplastin Time, aPTT)之間是否有關聯性。自2021年3月至2022年3月期間於高雄醫學大學附設醫院及高雄市立大同醫院心臟內科共收集了95名服用NOACs患者(63男32女，平均年齡69.87±8.95)，使用醫院病歷調閱病人檢驗數值、問卷收集生活習慣，最後針對用藥時間收集最高血中藥物濃度(Cmax)與最低血中藥物濃度(Cmin)的凝血功能時間，萃取病人血液中DNA以即時聚合酶連鎖反應 (Real-Time Polymerase Chain Reaction, Real-Time PCR)
