量測是機械生產中的關鍵之一,在評估加工系統的效率以及品質有著舉足輕重的地位,隨著工業化的發展,產品大多朝向多樣化及複雜化的設計。產品量測需確保量測之速度以及量測精確度,並減少人工量測所產生的問題。基於非接觸式測量技術的原理,至今已經建立了許多系統用來提高量測效率,間接加快生產線的生產速度,通過應用先進的影像處理演算法,建立了許多二維和三維表面重建系統,給予逆向工程有著高品質及高效率的支援,然而,這些系統受到物體尺寸限制或是系統精度的影響,導致這些系統造價昂貴或有量測的極限。本論文提出並開發基於子孔徑影像輪廓接合方法的影像處理系統,應用於重建具有複雜輪廓的2.5D機械產品。本研究分析及評估硬體

與軟體對於影像處理系統的影響,尤其針對提取及重建物體二維輪廓過程中所產生影響的部分。根據得到的結果,給出合適的建構二維量測系統的指引,例如:設備的佈置、光線調整、鏡頭、相機、與演算法的選擇等,藉此確保設備的量測精密度及效率。其做法為將物體影像分割為較小的子區域,利用特定的演算法將其組合,此方法既有效又簡易,且像素密度遠小於傳統方法,並且可以實現2.5D大尺寸複雜形狀產品的二維輪廓重建。最後,將三種不同類型的物體利用低成本的設備及架構進行量測實驗,結果顯示取像及資料提取的處理時間不到兩分鐘,並且確保了二維輪廓的量測精密度,也滿足複雜形狀物體快速創建生成輪廓的目標,結果表明該系統在實際生產中的有效

性。

近年來,工具機刀具磨耗的測量仍以人工的方式來檢測,容易因不同的檢測人員而導致檢測結果不同且消耗較多的時間成本,因此本論文透過影像量測儀 (TEO-3020S) 獲取刀具磨耗之影像,藉由智能檢測的方式使得檢測結果具有一致性且減少人力與時間成本。 本論文提出一個基於深度學習之刀具磨耗檢測輔助系統,此系統共分為兩個步驟。第一步驟為利用基於深度學習技術之語義分割 U-Net 模型辨識刀具影像之刀身、磨耗與刀尖區域;第二步驟為使用影像處理方法先將經過 U-Net 模型辨識後的刀身、磨耗與刀尖利用顏色區分,藉此確定磨耗區域並去除積削瘤 (Built-up edge) 區域,最後利用最小外接

矩形 (Minimum boundingrectangle) 標記磨耗區域,並將此標記的縱座標視為最大磨耗量且以像素值 (Pixel)標示;另外,磨耗面積可以使用電腦視覺的方式計算有效磨耗區域佔整張影像的比例並以百分比標示。 從研究成果得知,本論文訓練之 U-Net 模型對於刀身、磨耗與刀尖之平均像素準確率 (Mean pixel accuracy) 分別達到99.15%、85.16%、79.08%,因此可有效辨識。另外,本論文提出的系統不僅可以檢測刀具最大磨耗量,同時也可以計算磨耗面積百分比,且系統檢測之刀具最大磨耗量與原先人工標記相差甚小。關鍵詞:工具機刀具磨耗、U-Net、深度學習
