隨著智慧型手機的普及、網路的成熟及手機App的風潮等因素影響下,智慧型手機已經成為現今不可缺少生活配件,而使用App進行個人社群活動更是早已成了現代社交的重要模式之一。品牌App的創建也成為現今企業接觸消費者的重要管道,如何讓消費者下載且持續使用都是企業必須關注的,本研究主要以探討影響品牌App投入度的因素,從自我一致性理論及感知價值(分別為功利價值及享樂價值觀點)分析消費者使用品牌App的投入度進而影響持續使用意圖及品牌忠誠度。本研究使用網路問卷方式搜集資料,最後蒐集到有有效樣本數為403份。研究結果顯示,在「自我一致性」、感知價值功利主義(易用性、獎勵滿足感)和感知價值享樂主義(感知娛樂

性、社會聯絡感)對於品牌投入度都是正向影響的,因此進一步影響持續使用意圖及品牌忠誠度,本研究對企業提供有趣且有價值的管理意涵,注意品牌形象與目標客群消費者自我概念的適配程度,是企業與消費者想保有更牢固且長久的密切關係應更注意的要素。

隨著行動商務快速的發展,數位金融於我們的生活中已密不可分,要讓每個世代的族群接受此交易模式,將是銀行業者的一個挑戰。行動銀行APP就像是銀行的縮小版,消費者只要透過行動裝置就可以立即進行金融服務。因此,基於修正後資訊系統成功模式,本研究主要探討網頁品質、系統品質、資訊品質、服務品質、知覺有趣性、使用者滿意度、持續使用意圖與個人績效,對於行動銀行APP持續使用意願的影響。本研究共發放653份問卷,有效收回550份,有效回卷率為84.23%。本研究使用多元迴歸分析方法對研究架構進行路徑分析,結果顯示:網頁品質對於知覺有趣性有正向影響力;網頁品質、系統品質、資訊品質與知覺有趣性對於使用者滿意度有正
