職務再設計對中高齡勞動者作業績效與主觀偏好的影響

臺灣目前已進入高齡社會,所直接影響的便是勞動力人口亦出現高齡化現象。國際勞工組織(ILO)、以及歐盟(EU)、經濟合作發展組織(OECD)等國際組織皆提出建議並開始重視中高齡者。我國勞動部於2019年12月發布《中高齡者及高齡者就業促進法》,提出禁止年齡歧視、協助在職中高齡及高齡者穩定就業、支持退休者再就業、推動銀髮人才服務、開發就業機會,由此可知中高齡與高齡勞動參與的議題顯得極為重要。為了彌補中高齡者衰退的機能,尤其是視覺機能的衰退,並且協助中高齡勞動參與,使工作不會再對其產生負擔,以進行職務再設計的方式,幫助其增加工作效能。本研究使用實驗研究法分析,設計兩組實驗,並設置模擬一般的設計/工

臺灣紡織產業個案分析- 以儒鴻及聚陽公司為例

對於被貼上「夕陽產業」標籤的紡織產業來說,儒鴻在嚴峻的新冠肺炎疫情下股價居然還能屢創新高。尤其在2021年5月24日時的股價一度飆升到驚人的683元,除創下該公司歷史股價新高,也一度超越我國護國神山–台積電當日最高股價592元。為釐清紡織業持續成長的原因,本研究透過文獻分析法與個案分析法,瞭解儒鴻及聚陽兩家個案公司之發展沿革,及分析各自前三大客戶的屬性、比較經營策略,再搭配財報分析法比較財務結構及經營相關績效後,發現儒鴻不但整合了上、中、下游廠商,在多角化的經營策略、研發、結構等發展面向廣度略勝聚陽一籌。希望能藉由本研究提供臺灣紡織業未來發展的建議。
