本研究主要目的在於運用視覺辨識系統,驅使無人車自動跟隨無人機,研究其對接系統之可行性。無人車以Arduino為系統管理核心,假設不同的實驗環境下,進行AprilTag視覺辨識,系統透過AprilTag與相機相對位置座標轉換,運算實際位置,並將訊息傳遞給Arduino系統,驅動無人車跟隨運作。本文說明如何使用AprilTag系統之視覺辨識及跟隨功能,擬以開源資料庫整合軟體系統,探討AprilTag視覺辨識方法,驗證無人車於手動或自動模式下移動至無人機預計降落點,並切換至視覺辨識AprilTag模式,確認是否成功啟動跟隨及對接作業。

近幾年人工智慧的崛起,為了讓生產更智能化達到更高的效率,許多加工因而往這方面發展。與此同時,隨著科技的進步使硬脆材料的使用量及發展都快速提升,但因這些材料的特性造成傳統加工不易。因此,我們使用旋轉超音波加工(RUM)結合CNC工具機進行研究探討。然而,對於製造商而言,提升生產效率等同於減少生產成本,如何在難加工材料的情況中,以符合產品品質的前提下提升生產效率成為一個非常重要的課題。本研究旨在開發一套智能超音波輔助加工系統,可預測加工品質並進行參數優化,進而提供使用者最佳參數的選擇。首先,定義玻璃邊緣破損值及分析加工參數與性能指標之間的關係,再使用實驗設計法建立加工參數組合並進行加工。再者,利

用加工參數及收集的數據建立人工智慧模型,但因無法大量加工產生大量數據,故本論文運用倒傳遞類神經網路(BPNN)學習性能指標與加工參數間的關係,便可在較少量的數據中順利預測表面粗糙度;另一方面我們利用拉格朗日多項式插值進行曲線擬合對加工時間做預測。最後,將上述兩個模型結合粒子群演算法(PSO)並加入穩健優化,建立一套智能超音波輔助加工系統。系統能依照使用者的需求,提供使用者最佳參數,並預測加工品質,使製造商能提升生產效能及降低生產成本。最終,由驗證實驗顯示本文的智能超音波輔助加工系統的性能及可行性。
