1894年(明治27年)7月20日に総武鉄道の駅として開業。
1896年(明治29年)2月25日に房総鉄道が乗り入れ。
1907年(明治40年)9月1日に総武鉄道・房総鉄道が国有化、帝国鉄道庁の駅となる。
1923年(大正12年)9月1日に関東大震災により全壊。
1945年(昭和20年)6月10日に太平洋戦争下で空襲による被害を受ける。
1963年(昭和38年)4月28日に現在地の高架駅に移転。総武本線東京方面・外房線のスイッチバックを解消。ホームは4面8線で総武本線と成田線が共用だった。
1975年(昭和50年)5月10日に貨物の取扱を廃止(旅客駅となる)。

7月5日に津田沼駅 - 千葉駅間複々線化。

離心葉輪五軸切削路徑之研發

渦輪增壓之離心式葉輪幾何形狀複雜,銑削加工困難。本研究以五軸加工系統(Tongtai CT-400),比較葉輪模組輔助刀具路徑規劃(市售CAM軟體,昂貴),及無葉輪模組刀具路徑規劃(本論文研究之刀具路徑規劃,包括:五軸槽穴銑削、五軸曲面銑削),分析離心式葉輪銑削的成果。以往加工葉輪須添購昂貴CAM葉輪模組,輔助設計刀具路徑規劃,提高葉輪銑削研究門檻。本論文應用五軸槽穴銑削及五軸曲面銑削加工等,無葉輪模組套件規劃刀具加工路徑,提升刀具路徑規劃之技術,降低葉輪銑削研究費用(減少CAM成本~40%)。本論文以AA6061 T6鋁合金,經實作銑削驗證,顯示本研究提出的無葉輪模組套件所規劃刀具加工路徑

是可行,應用光學3D量測系統(ATOS Compact Scan),檢測分析銑削之葉輪,曲面形狀誤差於±0.12 mm占比95.2%,曲面形狀誤差±0.08mm占比92.6%。

射出成型塑膠棧板設計變更及其模流分析之研究

由於射出成型之進澆流長比限制,大型塑膠零件於成型時必須以多點進澆達成,然而多點進澆將增加成型品的縫合線,而使成型品的結構強度降低,因此大型塑膠零件之縫合線為研究者所關切,搭配多點進澆之時序控制不僅可以減少縫合線,也可使用較小鎖模力的射出機台完成射出成型。本研究依據國家規範,針對塑膠棧板進行設計變更符應重量減輕但結構強度足敷要求之目的,進行兩款設計變更評估,以Ansys進行應力應變分析,再以模流分析軟體進行多進澆口時序控制分析,以模擬方式調整射出參數條件,評估原始設計及兩款設計變更標的之塑件縫合線、平面度、翹曲變形等成型品質指標。先針對原始棧板之腳部之壓縮強度進行分析,再就腳部幾何尺寸進行設計

變更,以達到降低重量的目的,再透過應力應變分析,確認兩款設計變更標的的機械性能。結果顯示設計變更I之棧板的重量減少2.4%,而腳部強度增加16.2%;設計變更II之棧板的重量減少8.7%,腳部強度符合規範要求,但承受應力增加,以回收PP材料之機械性質而言,腳部強度的安全係數達1.5。將原始棧板及兩款設計變更棧板分別進行模流分析,結果顯示時序控制之多點進澆可使充填壓力較平緩,所需鎖模力也降低,並且可以減少縫合線數量,確保塑膠成型棧板的強度。在相同循環時間下,增加保壓時間,但減少冷卻時間可使棧板更為平坦,設計變更II之棧板的成型翹曲總位移量較原始棧板減少2.3%,設計變更II棧板的平面度約為未設變

前的47%。本研究成功將塑膠棧板減重、維持強度且在成型時的翹曲變形更小,達成研究目標,可提供工業界之參考。
