受資訊科技、經濟發展與國民生活水準提升等原因，進而使平均壽命逐年延長，再加上，少子化與高齡化的衝擊，成為社會發展之催化劑的效果。然而，醫藥社福產業為人力密集且具高專業技術行業，在健康保險總額制度、資訊科技革新、醫院人力不足及民眾意識抬頭影響之下，科技雖然便利卻也衍生許多問題。我們該如何在資訊科技發展及大規模傳染病的影響下，回歸進步的本質，致力於解決人的問題。 再者，台灣近年來，相比過去以農工業為主要環境的時代而言，經濟的突破，造就人民生活水平提高，連帶國內醫療設施愈發健全完備、公共衛生及環境品質提昇，種種美善的環境下，醫療服務使用需求相較於早期大幅增加，現卻也長期被詬病為「三長兩短」，
掛號排隊「長」、候診時間「長」、領藥時間「長」、看診時間「短」、醫師解說「短」，這些每一項亦都大大增添患者暴露於醫療院所的時間風險。 本研究盡可能在這樣的出發點之下做文獻探討，試圖去發現新的模式，來解決問題，最後以科技接受模式(TAM)和資訊系統成功模式(ISSM)作為主要模型。在疫情影響期間，本研究大部分採網路問卷調查，總共蒐集到350份有效問卷，並以統計軟體SmartPLS v3.3.3、Excel 365及IBM SPSS 22輔以分析，去驗證變數與構面之間的關係及解釋能力。研究結果發現，網路掛號系統的使用意圖，在知覺有用性與有利條件有顯著影響；知覺有用性受系統品質及中介變項知覺易用性
進而影響網路掛號系統的使用意圖。而對於使用意圖的研究而言，主要去探討較為實質的影響原因。
