ed by the combination of interview and questionnaire. Research object is steakhouse chain-restaurant in Taiwan. Data gathered will be processed through content analysis with the assistance of Business Model Canvas, a tool proposed by Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) for entrepreneurs to create and stu
dy business model, as the main framework.
