鋁合金薄殼筒件製程之研究

本研究係針對以鋁合金7475來取代黃銅或碳鋼彈殼製程進行研究標的，先蒐整各式傳統彈殼材質訊息及相關加工方式等文獻，建立本研究步驟。藉由冷間擠製引伸成形相關技術進行探討與研究，在各道加工工序後產生之加工應力，為避免加工應力影響下道工序進行，造成胚料成形過程發生斷裂或壁厚不均，故利用退火處理使胚料恢復原有之加工塑性，以利下道工序順利成形。利用鋁合金具備質量輕、強度高、散熱性佳、易成形及加工等特性，另以Autodesk Inventor電腦輔助設計應用程式針對成品進行參數模擬及設計圖繪製，DEFORM 2D進行模擬胚料在工序進行間產生之最大成型噸數，選擇合適之機台進行加工，後續進行實驗之擠製、引縮
、退火、熱處理等加工方式，在胚料裁切及造型車削以普通車床進行加工；根據模擬結果，各道工序所產生之最大成型噸數，選擇肘節式鍛造沖床、閉式單曲軸沖床或冷間鍛造沖床進行加工；在各加工工序後造成之加工應力，藉由高溫爐熱處理後將其消除，使胚料回復原有之加工塑性及使用高週波加熱機加熱局部範圍來進行縮口之加工。最後與各式已成熟之產品進行比較，並將其應用於本國制式之武器系統上進行測試，本次實驗之鋁合金彈殼符合實驗要求，顯示整體製程為可行。
