及步驟。再者,運用績效量測法進行使用性測試,依據實驗分析結果顯示:(1)不同性別受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間與錯誤次數績效沒有顯著差異;(2)不同學科分類背景受測者對Apple Podcast App介面使用之操作時間績效具統計顯著性,且人文類與社會類的受測者在操作「調整節目播放速度」功能之績效分析具顯著差異;(3)受測者完成各項典型工作任務之績效比較,「給予評分與評論」功能比其他任務步驟花費更長的時間且具顯著差異性。此外,為探討用戶對於Apple Podcast App介面操作感受與想法,透過系統使用性量表、使用者互動滿意度量表與功能問卷調查進行介面使用性評估
