使用聲納影像之魚群行為分析系統

由於海洋資源的枯竭,發展水產養殖漁業是極為重要的。本論文將提出一個以聲納影像為基礎在室內養殖池監控魚群行為的系統。在本論文裡,魚群行為的分析是建立在聲納影像裡魚群分佈密度的變化上,透過魚群分佈密度的改變方式來分析魚的行為。本論文提出一個由多張聲納影像輸出魚群在養殖池分布的密度圖的卷積神經網路。我們將魚群行為分為三類,分別為平常行為、驚擾行為、搶食行為。本論文提出一個一維卷積神經網路藉由一段時序上魚群在密度圖上的變化來辨識魚群行為。本論文也透過分析密度圖的改變來做魚食慾相對的比較。由本論文的實驗結果可以驗證,由魚群分佈密度的改變可以辨識魚群平常行為、驚擾行為、搶食行為等三種行為。也可以透過密度

分佈的改變,來進行相對的食慾比較。本論文並提出密度圖特徵前處理方式,實驗證實可以輕量化分類魚行為的神經網路。

視覺化水下聲納系統被廣泛應用在濁水或低光源的環境下監控魚隻行為,在監控魚體行為時,對個別魚體做切割往往是優先要處理的步驟。本論文中將使用Mask R-CNN作為魚體切割的實例切割網路。在不同環境下所蒐集到的聲納影像,所探測到的魚體及背景的影像也會不盡相同,而這個也會導致Mask R-CNN在轉換場域時,出現辨識度大打折扣的現象。本論文將提出一個前處理卷積神經網路(CNN),目的是針對不同場域所蒐集的聲納影像進行"標準/正規化"後再使用Mask R-CNN進行訓練與辨識,藉由分開場域與魚體的學習,克服Mask R-CNN在轉換場域後的辨識度降低問題,使舊場域的訓練模型得以在新場域繼續使用,省去

重新訓練Mask R-CNN的時間成本花費。此外,前處理網路同時也透過使用時序上的資料,在切割魚體上得到良好的結果。並且由於使用半監督式學習的方法,大大減少了冗煩的標記成本。由本論文的實驗結果可以驗證,訓練場域轉換所需成本不僅低於重新訓練Mask R-CNN的成本,在經由前處理網路輸出的標準化影像在Mask R-CNN上的辨識度也會高於原始影像的辨識度。
