COVID-19疫情自2020年初對全球經濟帶來了重大衝擊，本研究主要目的在於探討COVID-19疫情對金融產業不同型態廠商經營績效之影響。本研究以臺灣金融產業之銀行業、保險業和證券業之廠商為主要研究對象，資料取自臺灣經濟新報資料庫(TEJ)，包含2018年1月至2021年12月共計48個月之月營收資料。本研究利用相關性分析和雙因子變異數分析(Two-way ANOVA)檢驗COVID-19疫情對臺灣金融產業不同型態廠商營收績效之影響。本研究相關性分析結果顯示，金融產業不同型態廠商間營收績效大多具有顯著相關性，金融產業廠商營收績效於COVID-19疫情發生前與發生後有顯著性差異，COVID-

19疫情發生前與發生後，銀行業與證券業營收績效之間具有顯著相關。本研究變異數分析實證結果顯示，COVID-19疫情對金融產業廠商之月營收具顯著影響，金融產業廠商型態亦對金融產業廠商營收具顯著性之影響效果，且COVID-19疫情與金融產業廠商型態雙因子對金融產業廠商營收具顯著交互影響效果。本研究結果指出，COVID-19疫情的確影響到臺灣金融產業不同型態廠商之營收績效。
