在文學領域裡，「道路」是時空意識的縮影，它藉由客觀的存在，進行「精神指向」的主觀舖陳或推衍。「道路」意象看似尋常，實際上，卻是文本探索中的重要符碼。 早期的童話，絕大部分是為了滿足人們遙不可及的願望，在那個尚無文字記錄、作者不可考的久遠年代，這些童話因而轉化成一個個口耳相傳的民間故事。歷經人事時地物的變遷，童話的傳承起了波折，漸漸地，以民間童話為基礎，經個人蒐羅、彙整或創作的「文學童話」出現了。這種兼具意識形態與文化背景的轉折，毋寧更接近研究者的主題方向。爰以文學童話為基底，一面分析文本中「道路」意象之形塑，一面透過這些「道路」意象，探究作品中的情節與主題。將童話的空間架構聚焦於「道路
