The aim of this study is to examine the effect of emotional intelligence on the emotional labor of flight attendants along with the consequences of job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention.Retaining talent is crucial for human resource departments, in particular for the service industry
as it is recognized for its long and irregular working hours coupled with heavy workloads. Despite an abundance of studies that have exposed the antecedent of turnover intention, it remains unclear regarding the significance of the role of emotional intelligence.A quantitative approach complemented
with a focus group interview to confirm the validity of the measurement. This study surveyed 273 flight attendants of an international airline in Taiwan. The analysis was conducted with SPSS 26 and AMOS 24. The findings confirm for the emotional labor, deep acting strengthened job satisfaction and
reduced job burnout, while surface acting reduced job satisfaction yet enhanced job burnout and turnover intention. Interestingly, the result indicates that the emotional intelligence has partially significant effect on emotional labor performed by flight attendants, a finding that conflicts with th
e literature. Although the result of this study indicates that emotional intelligence is only marginal correlated with emotional labor, emotional intelligence remains a sound mechanism to test individual skills in emotion regulation.This study therefore provides relevant information about the signif
icance of emotional intelligence for airline management seeking to reduce the turnover intention. Given the investment of airline makes, if firms recruit new employees by testing the emotional intelligence of applicants while emotional intelligence is related to their personal and interpersonal abil
ities, it could reduce the turnover intention in the future. Furthermore, the firm can improve their flight attendants’ job satisfaction and reduce turnover intention by providing adequate training and education in order to improve deep acting conducted by flight attendants and reduce surface acting

傳統的語音增強技術常運用在頻譜分析或者更高層級特徵，能解決噪音問題到相當程度。由於深層網路對於學習複雜函數的優異性，越來越多的神經網路模型被使用在相關的領域。在本文中，我們提出了基於條件對抗神經網路模型的助聽器應用程序進行語音增強並且增加平衡器的增益補償來優化結果。使用條件對抗神經網路作為去噪方法可以針對使用者進行個人化的訓練，並且轉換傳統的tensorflow 模型到tensorflow-lite 模型來適應手機應用程序的處理並減少其硬體的需求；通過聽力損失的標準程序來測試用戶實際上的聽力損失並記錄結果來進行平衡器的設定，更能貼近人耳真實聆聽的情況。為了解決延遲問題，選擇麥克風收音頻率為1
