立式划槳參與者參與動機、休閒阻礙與幸福感相關之研究

摘 要我國海域遊憩活動近年日漸風行,而行政院亦推動「向海致敬」政策,期能全面開放海洋,讓民眾親近海洋。2013年7月10日內政部通過「立式划槳」遊憩活動須遵守水域遊憩活動管理辦法之第3條規定,自此立式划槳正式被列入國家許可的水上項目。致使本研究研究目的,為探討立式划槳立式划槳 參與者參與動機、休閒阻礙與幸福感之關係進行研究分析,藉以了解立式划槳立式划槳參與者之感受。本研究係以實際從事立式划槳參與者為對象;至於以偶發性體驗為目的(含商業性行為),立式划槳活動體驗之遊客則不在本研究對象。以全台灣為研究範圍,問卷於2022年4月至2022年6月間,以立式划槳參與者問卷發放,以現場問卷及網路問卷之

方式發放,問卷總計300份,剔除無效問卷,得有效問卷280份,回收率為93.33%。資料處理分析包含:描敘性統計、變異數分析、信度分析、項目分析、因素分析、迴歸分析。研究結果:不同性別的立式划槳參與者,其參與動機男性是為了運動體適能,女性主要為新奇體驗。已婚組的立式划槳參與者,其參與動機是為了新奇體驗。較年輕族群參與立式划槳主要是為了身心釋放,且在年齡 21~30歲,更是為了有新奇體驗,才來參與立式划槳的活動。板齡 7~9 年(含)以上的立式划槳參與者,主要是為了提昇運動體適能才參與立式划槳的活動,且其對於運動體適能的要求會顯著優於 1~3 年(含)以下組,及 4~6 年組。每月參與7~9 天

(含)以上的立式划槳參與者,主要是為了提昇運動體適能,及幸福感才參與立式划槳的活動,且其對於運動體適能的要求會顯著優於 每月參與1~3 天(含)以下組,及每月參與 4~6 天組。每次平均參與時間 3~4 小時(含)以上的立式划槳參與者,主要是為了提昇運動體適能,及幸福感才參與立式划槳的活動,且其對於運動體適能的要求會顯著優於 1~2 小時(含)以下組,及 2~3 小時組。休閒阻礙對參與動機、幸福感在迴歸分析中顯示皆未達顯著性。本研究結論:願意持續而規律的參與立式划槳的參與者,主要動機為提昇運動體適能;男性參與動機以追求運動體適能,女性以及年輕族群年齡介於 21~30 歲則主要參與動機為追求新奇

體驗;休閒阻礙不會影響參與動機,幸福感受亦不會因休閒阻礙的影響,而產生負面影響。依據本研究結論,提出以下建議,(一)就後續研究建議,可延續立式划槳參與對運動體適能影響之相關研究。(二)就業者建議,可以強調立式划槳課程對健康的幫助;設計結合潮流議題之相關活動迎合吸引更多女性與年輕群族參與者;結合旅遊業以探索教育之概念,配合公司教育訓練、團建活動或學校單位教學活動。關鍵詞:立式划槳、水域活動、參與動機、休閒阻礙、幸福感

偏鄉學校發展戶外教育為特色課程之研究-以新北市貢寮國中為例

近年來偏鄉人口外移日漸嚴重,再加上面對少子化的影響,偏鄉學校將面臨存廢的議題,但對於偏遠地區而言學校存亡會影響學生的受教權,對於地方事務上影響甚鉅。因此學校面對問題也必須與時俱進,擬定多項策略去面對新時代的型態和發展橫向的策略以便因應教育環境的變遷,本研究從學校如何因應位於偏鄉地區面對人口流失以及少子化的影響下,如何利用校本地區的文化和環境特色發展屬於此校的特色課程並達到推廣地方特色的重要性。 本研究透過個案研究的方式,以半結構式訪談法佐以文件輔助分析,探討其發展此戶外活動特色之歷程原因與後續效益,深入了解該特色學校發展之情境和面臨的困境以及應對方式,以提供有意發展多元特色活動的學校參

酌其發展脈絡,並可將此篇論文作為未來經營特色學校的參考範例。本研究之結論歸納如下:一、 貢寮國中發展特色學校的背景為少子化、地區擁有優秀的環境資源和學校發展全人教育。二、 貢寮國中發展特色學校的歷程從貢寮真水課程的發想,而後建立自己的教師團隊直至擁有現今的特色課程模式。三、 發展特色課程讓學生的學習能力提升和深化與在地的連結性;發展特色課程的困境為教師缺乏共識、師資能力不足、人力吃緊、經費不足、在地資源無法整合。四、 發展特色課程連結了當地的歷史人文、地理景觀、老街新生和當地的地方團體。五、 學校發展特色課程的未來展望為盼能將課程模組化、將課程深化與在地的連結性和增加學生的多元展能,

並朝向實驗教育發展。
