Graphene is a promising material for various applications such as the transparent conducting electrodes, energy devices, and bio and chemical sensing due to the unique properties, including the excellent transparency, high thermal and electrical conductivity, large specific surface area, and excell

ent electrochemical stability. In general, chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene was grown on the surface of the catalytic metals. This thesis focused on the fabrication of the graphene-nickel (Ni) hybrid mesh using a simple and low-cost method for the applications of transparent electromagnetic

interference shielding and electrochemical sensing. Graphene was grown on a catalytic Ni mesh, obtained by a crack lithography method, through rapid annealing of solid carbon precursors under low vacuum of ∼0.6 Pa.For the transparent electromagnetic interference shielding (EMI) application, the grap

hene coated on a high transparent Ni mesh was investigated for high performance EMI shielding and stably environment. It was demonstrated that a 20 nm-thick graphene/Ni hybrid mesh can provide EMI shielding effectiveness (SE) exceeding 12.1 dB (∼93.6% power attenuation) in the decimeter band while r

etaining a high visible transmittance of∼83%. Its maximum achieved SE value was 26.6 dB (∼99.5% power attenuation) at 0.75 GHz. Furthermore, the thicker Ni mesh exhibited a higher EMI SE. Compared to a conventional Ni mesh, the hybrid mesh exhibited a higher SE and a greatly improved corrosion resis

tance.For the electrochemical sensing application, I present a facile, scalable, and robust method to fabricate graphene mesh (GM) electrodes with tailorable edge lengths. As the edge lengths of the GM electrodes increased from 5.48 to 24.04 m, their electron transfer rates linearly increased from 0

.094 to 0.171 cm∙s−1, which are considerably greater than that (0.061 ± 0.007 cm∙s−1) of basal graphene structures (defined as zero edge length electrodes). To illustrate the EC sensing potentiality of the GM, a high-sensitivity glucose detection was conducted on the graphene/Ni hybrid meshes with t

he longest and lowest edge lengths. At a detection potential of 0.6 V, the edge-rich graphene/Ni hybrid mesh sensors exhibited a wide linear response range from 10.0 μM to 2.5 mM. The longest edge length electrode exhibited better performance than the lowest edge length electrode (the sensitivity wa

s higher (1118.9 compared to 645.0 μA∙mM−1∙cm−2) and the limit of detection was lower (1.8 compared to 8.8 μM)).

本研究以後現代「文化轉向」下的漫畫景觀與空間生產探討為主題。透過當代最具漫畫生產代表大國之美、日漫畫出版品為研究樣本,分析漫畫在當代視覺文化景觀形態表象下的空間生產方式,以期瞭解漫畫在當代大眾文化的視覺景觀與文化消費的表裡關係,做為本研究目的。由於大眾文化是理解後現代主義文化消費的媒介與途徑,研究者欲藉由漫畫文本,理解大眾文化在文化轉向下的文化景觀形態與空間生產過程,這也是當代文化消費的縮影。在文化轉向的解釋下,後現代不僅是一個以視覺圖像為主要的視覺文化消費時代,它也是一種美學風格與文化邏輯,討論的是商品被「文化化」的消費符號形成過程與文化結構的實踐方式。透過方法論歸納出之研究結果為:1.漫

畫在文化消費中所呈現的景觀形態及空間生產方式:是由「視覺文化符號」所呈現的消費景觀,包含空間尺度、場所環境、文化屬性、景觀形態與存在形式等內涵。生產方式則是由「圖框」的敘事空間所生產的擬像投射偶像崇拜,建立的是一種「拜物」或稱為「戀物」的文化消費空間,令其文化景觀空間再現與再現空間。2.美、日漫畫在文化景觀與空間生產方式的比較:得出主要是雙方在「造型符號」與「詮釋符號」上的文化結構差異,包含由圖框所建立的「敘事轉場」、「分鏡觀點」、「場景意象」等。歸因於不同的區域文化將生產出不同的文化景觀形態與空間,驗證漫畫景觀與其空間生產互為表裡的一致性關係,並以此結論進行文化轉向下文化消費對於當代大眾文化

圖像的反思做為結論。最終希冀本研究能做為有關文創產業漫畫文化消費的相關理論建立、引用、評論或是個人創作上的指引,也為後現代「新文化地理學」的研究題材上,提供較為新穎的觀點或創見,做為本研究之成果。
