careless friend’s affairs, and when it was all over and every claim adjusted, and he had refused the executor’s fees to which he was entitled, it was found that poor Harry Hunt’s estate not only was free from debt, but consisted of $38, 000 in cash, deposited in the Trolleyman’s Trust Company, subje

集合住宅能源計算基準與標示之研究

近年來社會大眾對於減碳議題及綠建築相關內容有所關注。2020年經濟部能源局統計我國住宅部門電力消費佔18.5%僅次於工業部門55.6%,顯示住宅部門耗電及節能對於台灣的重要性。歐盟在2002年率先實施建築能效標示制度(EPBD),而我國也為了推動建築能源效率認證,於2020年發展出台灣建築能效評估系統TBERS(Taiwan Building Energy-Efficiency Rating System),本研究在TBERS架構下之R-BERS系統(Building Energy-Efficiency Rating System for Residential Buildings)做為住宅

類建築評估使用,對新建住宅制訂建築能效認證制度,可達到有效管理建築節約能源,並與世界各國的發展趨勢接軌。本研究因集合住宅設計多樣化,且評估案件面積規模不同,因應不同集合住宅評估案,量身制定該評估案之R-BERS評分尺度基準,所以必須擬出R-BERS照明及空調耗電密度基準,供不同集合住宅,住宅專用分區評估案使用,運用建築動態耗能分析eQUEST軟體,進行集合住宅住戶專用分區之全年耗能模擬,共進行45種不同參數設定之研究,其模擬成果與近年住宅耗能統計資料接近,具有一定之信賴度,也發現其模擬不同格局一房到五房之EUI分布皆呈現右偏分佈。最終選擇集合住宅三房型的空調與照明EUI基準,作為台灣R-BER

S評估法中的「非透天集合住宅」住戶專用分區之評量尺標。本研究挑選14個近年拿到綠建築標章及候選綠建築之集合住宅或社會住宅案例進行R-BERS評估,在這14個案例中R-BERS評估等級皆可達4級以上,並探討其建築規模與碳排總量關係,也為了了解目前建商提供住戶以毛胚屋形式的照明EL空調EAC皆=0.9時,公共區域照明及空調進行評估,可拿到評估1級的方式,以Case8為例原設計評估等級2級,設定15種不同方案之住宅及公共分區固定式設備進行評估,方案6配合住戶烹飪習慣以瓦斯爐台進行設定,先暫且不考量高層建築消防廚房防火區劃的問題,加上一般普遍建商提供的公共區域固定式設備,以瓦斯爐台1級、瓦斯熱水器2級

、有保溫材之熱水管設定、地下室採用有標章風機及使用動力回生的永磁馬達電梯,此時評估等級可達1級。而假使要提升評估等級到1+級,以現有的住戶照明、空調採毛胚屋形式是無法達成的,必須在住戶內提供能效等級佳的空調設備,才有機會拿到評估1+級。以上15個方案設定,主要是為了提升建築節能及減碳的效果,可供未來新建社會住宅與集合住宅評估時,政府單位或建商挑選相關設備挑選時有所參考。
