論文摘要：本研究以自來水公司為背景，分析並建構了組織工安文化、員工工安態度是影響組織整體工安績效的關鍵性因素，在前面文獻探討的基礎上，建構了組織工安文化、員工工安態度與整體工安績效互動的結構方程模型，並檢定所提出的研究假設。本研究利用開發的測量量表，在組織及員工之中做了網路問卷調查，共回收樣本問卷312份，有效問卷樣本數298份。運用Cronbach alpha係數檢定了量表的信度，運用探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析，檢定了量表的效度，結果證實量表具有良好的信度和效度。本研究運用結構方程模型方法，對所建構的概念模型做了檢定，發現所建構的模型具有比較好的配適度(model fit)。本研究的組

織工安文化量表涵蓋工安訓練行為、工安管理行為和工安預防行為三大構面，員工工安態度量表涵蓋工安遵守行為和工安參與行為兩大構面，組織工安績效量表涵蓋工安後果和工安系統執行效果兩大構面。依據路徑分析的結果證實，工安訓練行為對員工工安參與行為的影響並不顯著，工安參與行為對整體工安績效的影響亦不顯著。依據相關的研究結果證實，工安預防行為對整體工安績效的兩個因素產生直接的正面影響。得到研究之建議為:提升組織之整體工安績效，其關鍵是強化組織之工安文化，同時組織要注重對員工工安遵守行為的引導。強化組織工安行為和員工工安遵守行為，共同提升組織之整體工安績效水準，進而有效地改善組織的工安文化。 研究結果證實，工安
