本研究將分為QLED及Micro LED兩個部分，分別透過微共振腔效應優化QLED之光學效率以及不同的出光模式和結構模擬Micro LED之出光效率。其中，QLED採用DMD多層膜結構、IZO結構、Ag結構三種微共振腔結構來進行穿透率及視角之比較，以及優化Yb:MoO3結構之光學效率；Micro LED則是採用加入GaN三角結構與未加入結構之Micro LED，以及CW和Pulse兩種出光模式進行研究。QLED方面，本研究透過摻雜Yb元素在MoO3/Ag/MoO3之DMD多層膜結構、IZO結構及Ag結構分別作為綠色上發光結構QLED之陰極透明電極。在Yb:MoO3方面，Yb的摻雜比例分別為0

，0.2，0.6及1。此外，在模擬軟體中也運用Linear、Bruggeman、Maxwell-Garnett三種計算方式分別計算模擬結果。在IZO結構方面，透過厚度160nm及厚度185nm之IZO結構進行模擬，Ag結構方面，則是透過厚度20nm及厚度30nm之Ag結構進行模擬。研究結果顯示，Yb:MoO3結構在400-700nm之可見光波段，可達到最大穿透率75.6％以及平均穿透率68.3％；此外，也得到了38.1 cd/A之高電流效率及9.6％之高外部量子效率。Micro LED方面，本研究透過CW及Pulse兩種光源分別在加入GaN三角結構與未加入結構之Micro LED上進行研究，探

討其出光效率。研究結果顯示，加入GaN三角結構的Micro LED擁有最高之出光效率約16％，未加入三角結構之GaN Micro LED可得9.6％，提升67.8％之出光效率。
