台北市青年旅館室內空氣品質現況調查與改善策略之研究

在2020年初受新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)疫情的影響,嚴重影響著觀光旅遊業也導致全球人類的活動大幅減少,此病毒的傳染力極強,截至2022年6月30日全球已累計報告逾5.44億確診案例(世界衛生組織)。面對著高傳染力的疫情各國政府為了控制國內疫情對入境本國人進行了嚴格的控管,導致觀光人口大幅下降,使得旅遊的活動範圍更為侷限於室內空間中,其目的是為了減少在外與人的接觸,而在室內為了減少外氣的流通也都將門窗緊閉著,造成與室外空氣環境隔絕,當室內換氣不足時室內原有的污染源或裝修建材所造成的污染物就容易造成累積,使得室內空氣品質惡劣且造成人體身體的不適,甚至影響健康。旅館的空氣品質不良,將會危害

著旅客及服務人員的健康。本研究的目的在於了解青年旅館室內空氣品質並透過文獻收集針對青年旅館設計做資料上的歸納整理,再結合空氣品質分析儀進行現場量測,分析量測結果,進行深入探討地理環境、裝修年份、室內裝修材、空間型態、使用習慣及影響空氣品質的因子與相關規範指標等各種要素,瞭解旅館室內空氣品質對旅客及服務人員的健康危害及空氣污染物來源及特性,並針對其檢測結果進行健康風險評估,並對業者提出具體建議及改善策略。本研究選定三間青年旅館作為研究對象,進行室內空氣品質量測,研究結果發現案例懸浮微粒PM2.5、PM10檢測結果均符合室內空氣品質標準,而CO2、甲醛、TVOC經檢測結果發現有超標的狀況,二十小時

歷時性濃度平均值分別為:Cace A-A2,CO2:1862ppm,超出標準值1.86倍,甲醛:1.66ppm超出標準值20.75倍、Cace A-A3,CO2:1157ppm,超出標準值1.16倍,甲醛:0.1ppm,超出標準值1.25倍、Cace B-A3 ,CO2:1091.2ppm,超出標準值1.09倍,甲醛:0.31ppm,超出標準值3.87倍、、Cace B-B2,CO2:1495ppm,超出標準值1.49倍,甲醛:0.64ppm,超出標準值8倍、Cace C-C3,甲醛:0.44ppm,超出標準值5.5倍,TVOC:3.66ppm,超出標準值6.53倍。各檢測樣本案例TVOC濃度

平均值最高達標準值約1.86倍,甲醛濃度平均值最高達標準值約20.75倍,甲醛濃度平均值最高達標準值約6.53倍,在如此超高濃度之下,若長期暴露對旅客及工作人員的健康都會產生很大的影響及危害,經檢測結果分析後,得知以下結論。物理性:溫度皆比較偏低,青年旅館業者或未來設計規畫者評估設計時,可將空調系統的部分加入可自動控制調控溫度及其有效性。濕度則是一半符合舒適濕度,一半則偏高於舒適濕度,而室內濕度過高的情況下,是否會造成旅客身體的不適或不愉快,建議未來研究者可加入問卷的方式進一步來了解旅客及服務人員感官上的感受。也可增加空調系統的風速,進而計算出換氣率,了解換氣率及節能之間的相互關係並從中取得一

個平衡點,作為未來研究的方向。化學性: CO2濃度與旅客人數、室內空氣的不流通,是造成CO2濃度累積的因素。甲醛濃度高於標準值,室內空氣的不流通、換氣率不足、裝修建材所累積的污染物、客房清潔消毒所使用的潔劑及消毒用品造成的逸散等,皆是影響甲醛超標的因子,建議未來業者可從源頭控管建材或旅客的人數,空調系統的部分可安裝將外氣引入,髒空氣排出的新風系統或新增加利用光觸媒、UV燈等來進行殺菌。綜合以上結果得知,三間青年旅館中CO2、甲醛、TVOC超標的因素,除了跟室內裝修建材累積的污染物有部分關係外,室內通風換氣或配合機械通風有著極大關聯性。

本研究旨在瞭解中部地區教保服務人員在流感預防認知與行為之現況、差異性、相關性,以及不同背景變項與流感預防認知對流感預防行為之預測力分析。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編問卷為研究工具,利用分層隨機抽樣方式,抽取800位中部地區教保服務人員,取得有效樣本數為738份。研究者以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等統計方式進行分析。本研究結果如下:一、中部地區教保服務人員在流感預防認知達部分同意、流感預防行為表現達部分符合,流感預防認知量表之各面向得分由高至低排序為:「人際間的影響」、「行動相關感受」、「自覺行動利益與效能」及「自覺行動障礙」;流感預防行為量表之各

面向得分由高至低排序為:「減少傳染途徑與機會」、「施打流感疫苗」及「提升個人免疫力」。二、中部地區教保服務人員在流感預防認知,會因個人服務的幼兒園性質、目前職務、每月家庭總收入及近三年接種流感疫苗次數等背景變項不同,有顯著差異。三、中部地區教保服務人員在流感預防行為,會因個人的居住地區、年齡、每月家庭總收入、是否有慢性疾病史及近三年接種流感疫苗次數等背景變項不同,有顯著差異。四、中部地區教保服務人員在流感預防認知與行為達顯著正相關。五、中部地區教保服務人員之居住地區、幼兒園性質、年齡、近三年接種流感疫苗次數及流感預防認知之「自覺行動利益與效能」、「行動相關感受」及「人際間的影響」三個分量表,對

流感預防行為具有預測性。最後,根據本研究結果,提出相關建議,以提供教保服務人員、幼兒園、政府相關單位及後續研究者參考。
