使用擬一級和擬二級動力學模型對活性炭顆粒 (GAC) 上的 As(V) 吸附和在 dH2O 中GAC 上的As(V) 脫附進行建模。測試化學沉澱法和電凝法再生負載 As(V) 的 GAC 並對此兩種方法進行比較。通過將負載的 GAC 於 NaCl、FeCl3、CaCl2 和 MgCl2 水溶液中發生化學沉澱。浸入NaCl後可測 As(V) 脫附能力最佳,但隨後可測的As(V) 吸附能力最差。在 pH 值為 2 時,於 FeCl3 溶液中再生效果最好,第二好的是在pH 3,但 As(V)在 pH 值為 3 時表現出更好的沉澱效果。Fe、Ca 和 Mg 與 As 在摩爾比為 0.75:1 至 1

印刷電路板業螯合銅廢水去除之研究

本研究利用銅催化還原法去除印刷電路板業螯合銅廢水中的銅離子,自行配製螯合銅廢水,利用甲醛與添加的銅粉進行氧化還原反應,將廢水中銅離子去除;比較添加不同重量的銅粉,並改變攪拌時間、反應時間與銅粉粒徑等條件,找出最佳的操作參數。此方法,將與其它螯合銅廢水處理法,比較去除率與污泥產生量,以找出最少污泥產生量,達成永續經營目標。研究結果顯示,銅粉量 0.3g 反應時間 24h 則去除率為 18.53% ,而在銅粉量 4g 與反應 24h 時間去除率為 84% ,由此可得知銅粉量越多,去除效果越好;將反應時間拉長至 168h ,銅粉量 4g 時去除率為 97% ,因此反應時間越久去除率越好;而攪拌

0.5h 與 2h ,由於兩者去除率相近分別為 97% 、 97.69% ,因此攪拌時間選用 0.5h ;粒徑方面 75µm 與 48µm 比較,在反應 12h 後兩者反應速率相近,去除率分別為 59.15% 、 60.4% ,反應 168h 兩者去除率為 95.7% 、 97% ;因此粒徑對去除效果影響不明顯。關於污泥量,銅催化還原法所產生的銅粉污泥雖然比硫酸亞鐵法重,但廢水的銅離子會還原至銅粉上,因此僅會產生純銅粉污泥,而硫酸亞鐵法雖然污泥重較小但由於有鐵離子參與反應,因此污泥中除了銅的產物外還會有鐵的產物,污泥須有後續處理程序。
