than before, with mobile gaming, esports and even console gaming rising although the restrictions are gradually getting tougher than before. That being said, gaming companies must remain careful when dealing with the Chinese market: it is highly unpredictable as the Party will always put the nation’

當今能源科技蓬勃發展下,使得生活品質越發便利,但同時對於環境而言可說造成莫大傷害,因此各國制定環境相關的協議來控制全球暖化問題,如IPCC所提出的碳中和、淨零和負碳排等來控管全球暖化問題,因此各國首先以碳中和為目標,其流程為碳盤查、設定減碳目標、制定減碳測略等,而碳盤查所耗費時間最多,並且盤查流程需符合ISO規範,因此盤查數據是否透明或是否被竄改等都需考量,但如今電廠大多會依賴紙本統整各項數據,其整理後需由相關部門來驗證統整後的數據,若驗證有誤,需重新上述流程和判斷何處環節發生錯誤所致等問題,因此可說相當費時且難以符合ISO規範的要求。本文提出數位化系統結合區塊鏈的方式進行數據收集和統整,並

確保數據的透明性和不可竄改性等,其中本文定首先定義發電廠的組織邊界,接著對應區域蒐集碳排量,再接著採用本文修改的Raft共識演算法來將數據傳至區塊鏈上。本文所提出的結合區塊鏈之發電廠碳盤查與現行流程以「盤查時間耗費」、「數據是否符合ISO規範」和「兩者整體效益」等比較,可發現本文提出方法可有效減少現行流程耗時並符合ISO規範的要求。
