金屬密封閥芯設計與密封性能研究 以快速接頭為例

在工業發展發達的時期,生產必定會使用到各式各樣的氣體和流體,在這些氣流體中不乏會使用有毒性、高汙染性且有腐蝕性的介質流體,這類介質洩漏出管道外會對環境造成汙染且不可回復的影響。在生產基地中,管道系統常見的固定式管接頭雖然有很好的密封性防止洩漏,但並不適合使用在需要經常性拆裝插拔的應用現場,這時候就會被迫選擇快速接頭來取代固定式接頭。大多快速接頭其密封處皆是使用軟密封型態墊圈(片),如橡膠O型圈,雖然軟密封材質有非常良好的密封效果,但是因材質特性及限制並不適合使用在高溫(200℃以上)或是低溫(-60℃以下)的環境當中,這時候就必需考慮使用金屬密封材質來替代密封。本研究對金屬密封件的形變和壓力

承受的範圍進行研究,透過有限元素法及工程分析軟體來模擬並討論變形位移的狀況和應力集中區域的分佈,找到各個設定之金屬墊片厚度可以承受的壓力範圍和形變大小狀況,之後給予限制最大變形量的檔點,分析出可承受最大壓力值,作為應用該金屬厚度的接頭其最大允許使用壓力(allowable Max. pressure)。最後根據實驗結果,本研究計算出不同金屬閥芯厚度對應其最合適之變形量,藉由此位置,設計擋點限制變形量除保護了閥芯維持在彈性限度內變形以及在系統壓力過小不足以提供密封面的正向下壓力時,透過彈力適時的給予輔助支持,來完善其金屬密封之功能。

近年隨著原物料上漲和節能減碳的環境,多數企業邁入薄利多銷的狀況,如何有效降低生產成本及提高產品品質將是全球競爭環境下能夠脫穎而出的重要關鍵,若從模具設計的角度而言,熱平衡一直都是塑膠射出成型的關鍵因素,如何縮短開發週期和控制產品優劣更是業界所關注的一項技術,這直接影響到產能和企業的成本,更間關係到產品外觀之翹曲變形。為了要降低生產週期便希望能縮短冷卻時間並改善模具因熱平衡不均勻所帶來的翹曲變形,即驅使異型水路這項技術之誕生。本研究使用CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) Modex3D軟體模擬分析一件連接器產品之設計並判讀造成其翹曲變形的原因,透過模擬結果發現充填

階段壓力損失的減少能使毛邊較不易生成,而在積熱處伸入異型水路設計使得因溫度差異所引起的體積收縮和翹曲變形得到73 %的改善且又可降低生產的時間。最後找尋影響翹曲變形的控制因子,協助工程師較有效率地解決類似產品開發上之問題,掌握相關分析方法、優化冷卻系統、提高產品品質與生產效率,當決定了控制因子即執行驗證,便可達到有效之改善。
