影響女性毒品受刑人在監適應及改變動機相關因素之 研究

根據法務部（2021）統計資料分析，顯示女性毒品受刑人之占比最為大宗，並有增加的趨勢且目前已經超過男性受刑人前三大罪名的合占比。由此可知女性所犯罪名較為集中在毒品犯罪，然毒品犯罪的再犯可能性高，且女性毒品受刑人復歸社會的過程更為艱難，而根據國外研究顯示未來復歸社會是否順利，以及是否能減少再犯的發生，均攸關於受刑人在監適應是否良好，基此，女性毒品受刑人在監適應應是當前值得關注的重要議題之一。此外，行為矯治的過程並非容易，尤其毒品成癮問題更難於徹底戒治，國外研究顯示改變動機是毒癮戒治過程中的根本性因素，個人改變動機越強烈，越能提高戒癮成效。而在監適應及改變動機均是動態化的過程，表示時間因素可能會

式，並由監所人員代為進行問卷調查，每份問卷於首頁均附上研究參與同意書，徵得參與者同意後，方進行問卷填答，待回收完所有問卷方寄回給研究者，施測時間為2021年11月至2021年12月，研究對象為某兩所女子監獄之女性受刑人，罪名為違反毒品危害妨害條例者，總計共抽樣260人，並回收260份問卷，有效樣本為240份問卷，並以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、多元迴歸分析進行統計資料分析。本研究結果顯示：(1)長刑期者之改變動機顯著高於中短刑期者。(2)本監已服刑時間越長，問題覺察程度越高。(3)女性毒品受刑人自尊越高，處遇參與度越高、憂鬱程度越低、尋求協助越高。(4)女性
毒品受刑人社會支持越高，處遇參與度越高、憂鬱程度越低。最後，根據研究結果對女性毒品受刑人在監適應與改變動機的情況，提供相關實務建議：(1)設計多元處遇課程，增強女性毒品受刑人之自尊，以促進處遇參與度及改變動機提升。(2)增進管教人員對女性毒品受刑人的關心與照顧，以緩減負面情緒及提升處遇參與度。(3)針對刑期、服刑時間不同的女性毒品受刑人，持續提供各類處遇計畫以及強化家庭支持。
