本研究主要目的在於探討資淺安寧護理人員於臨終照護過程中的悲傷經驗。研究者透過立意取樣七位安寧護理人員為研究對象,採用詮釋現象學為研究方法進行探究,以焦點團體訪談為主個別訪談為輔的方式進行資料收集,並參考主題分析法進行文本分析與詮釋。研究結果發現:一、資淺安寧護理人員於臨終照護過程中的悲傷經驗:(一)護理人員的情緒深受牽動,卻無處安放;(二)返身遇見自己的悲傷;(三)安寧照護場域的挑戰度高,既困難又挫折。二、資淺安寧護理人員於悲傷經驗時,為護理工作與個人、生活帶來的影響:(一)在生離死別的照護現場,感受著累加的情緒以及身心的消耗;(二)揮之不去的是糜爛傷口與出血的感官衝擊;(三)照護工作難以和

生活分割,情緒的心苦難以言說。三、資淺安寧護理人員在臨終照護的過程,陪伴自己面對悲傷:(一)病房裡感受關係的流動與滋養;(二)自我照顧來自於:理解、接納、界線與安頓;(三)因著臨終照護而重整與反思生命,長出內在力量。資淺安寧護理人員身處臨終照護的苦境,經驗病人家屬以及自己的悲傷,悲傷雖帶來傷與痛,卻也帶來愛與滋養,讓護理人員在經驗中學習理解與接納來安頓自己,也逐漸長出內在的力量,展開自我的蛻變。最後,研究者提出自我反思、研究限制以及對於臨床工作現場、護理教育、未來研究之建議。
