現今是閱聽者至上的的新媒體時代，網路新聞跟過去紙媒操作模式大不相同。想要在每天數百上千條新聞中脫穎而出獲得觸及讀者的機會以得到流量，新聞標題、照片第一眼就必須先吸引讀者目光。所以，在即時新聞產製過程中，下標及選照便成為編輯的工作重點，故本論文研究問題有下列兩點：一、現今娛樂新聞標題製作、圖片選擇與設計之各項優化指標。二、娛樂新聞網頁新聞呈現視覺編排之探討。本研究以筆者在《蘋果日報》報社16年編輯台工作經驗，以報社旗下網路媒體—《蘋果新聞網》娛樂新聞為研究調查範圍，對娛樂即時新聞的下標方式以及選用照片標準做通盤暸解，耕讀文獻找出變項，透過符號學闡釋圖文的意義，進而引申應用。並以「德菲法」相請新

資料視覺化是指將資料以視覺的形式來呈現，如圖表或地圖，以説明這些資料的意義。把資料進行視覺化可以讓閱讀者更容易的瞭解資料模式、趨勢、統計規律和資料相關性。本研究將以電源轉換器公司之產品售後維修部為研究對象，使用Power BI將原本的EXCEL表格，以視覺化圖表的方式呈現並以「出貨順序雜亂」與「報表不易閱讀」為議題，擬定六種不同的視覺化圖表，使管理者能夠自行以「數量」、「天數」、「客戶」，三個面向去選取相對應的視覺化圖表，以規劃產品維修的先後順序，從而解決該部門出貨順序雜亂的問題。最終本研究透過對部門內部人員進行深度訪談，得知使用視覺化圖表作為決策應用後，經過Power BI整理過後的視覺化
報表，過濾掉產品維修部內的原報表過多且不重要的資料，且視覺化報表能更夠清楚的呈現內容也比原報表隱含了更多的資訊以提供管理者去做決策。
