隨著時間的流逝，半導體創新正在發生變化，可以適用於不同的創新業務，半導體業務的發展至關重要，因而開闢了許多新的職位。半導體業務是一個融合了不同創新能力並協調上游，中途和下游提供商的專業能力的行業，並且通常具有較高的進入壁壘 。廠家已投入花費很多精力與成本進入這個行業，期盼永續經營與回饋利害關係人。本研究第一步採用PEST, 五力 & SWOT分析，在美國，日本和臺灣，這些是國際半導體供應商鏈中的關鍵成員。經過最新半導體有關文獻的討論和分析，發現現有廠商已經建立了行業品牌，並獲得了用戶的信任。因此，品牌研究在這個行業是大家一直在探索的領域。考慮到寫作對話和大師談話，本研究使用分析層次結構(A
HP)研究技術對品牌的關鍵指針在半導體品牌的關鍵部件上進行重要性的排序，然後利用模糊層次分析法(FAHP)來分析這些標記之間的聯繫。經調查，有11項顯著結果可供參考，關鍵是要在半導體品牌建設上取得優異的成績，“客戶價值”和“品牌資產”都必須達到一定的水平。本研究發現，半導體品牌策略應以“客戶價值”為核心，解決客戶問題，創造卓越價值，並隨著技術的進步不斷投入新產品的研發，以奠定半導體品牌長期成功的基礎。

越南在全球水產業資本市場中是屬活躍的國家之一，市場也會越趨競爭，冷鏈將成為越南未來重要的產業。冷鏈物流是從冷藏與冷凍類食品從生產、儲藏運輸、銷售，乃至各消費前各環節中，始終維持規定的低溫環境，以確保食品品質，降低食品損壞的一項系統工程。考量企業在擬定策略時常使用各種理論或經驗來分析外部環境，也造就政治、經濟、社會與技術層面的誕生，而這樣的分析，可深入探討臺商G公司經由評估政治、經濟、社會與技術這四項最常對企業策略造成影響的因素，可能有助於水產企業觀察越南冷凍倉庫的投資，以便形成更周全的考量。本研究以PEST理論為基礎，利用深入訪談方式，訪談7位專家，年資均超過15年以上，研究發現，越南民眾因
為小家庭人口逐漸增加，需要更多小包裝，而小包裝的市場越來越大，對於一些勞動法規、關稅限制、稅收政策都會影響臺商到越南投資冷凍倉庫的設立。除此，經濟層面會考慮民眾消費模式、越南規模經濟、越南不同地區和消費群體之間的收入差別；社會層面則以勞動力為主，對於勞動力較高的男性會比較偏向於冷凍倉庫廠房內；對於一些行政工作以及文書工作，需要細心的女性工作者；最後，則是技術層面，急需要建置妥善的冷凍倉庫的維修體系。本研究結果可提供未來想要在越南投資冷凍倉庫的其他企業參考。
