本研究利用C#編寫考勤系統,並分為學生端及教師端。學生端讓學生掃描QR Code後可以快速簽到並節省教師點名時間;教師端可快速查看缺勤狀況,亦可新增、刪除課程,本研究將學生的臉部截取下來,再計算每張人臉的嵌入,最後計算每張圖間的歐式距離來判別該名學生是否有代點名的情形。本研究有三個特點,1.自動抓取課程以節省點名時間2.由人臉辨識系統判別是否有冒名頂替的情形3.人臉識別系統不需預存太多學生個資,可避免個資外洩問題。

近年來有許多以細胞進行組織工程相關研究一般常用的細胞培養方法為在培養皿上的2D細胞擴增。但是,組織和器官在體內是以3D的方式生長,3D培養環境可以幫助細胞群集,增強細胞與細胞之間以及細胞與細胞外間質的交互作用。3D培養環境包含了多孔支架、水凝膠、低貼附表面培養基以及旋轉培養瓶等。3D培養系統培養幹細胞的研究中,多數是利用腫瘤細胞或者誘導多功能型幹細胞做成球狀細胞團塊與類組織。從幹細胞的功能上來看,脂肪幹細胞具備了組織再生與細胞修復的功能,當形成球體幹細胞後是否也能夠維持相同活性的研究相對較少。本篇論文是脂肪幹細胞培養在水凝膠多孔支架和低貼附表面二種不同3D環境中對於細胞生長的優勢與傳統2D環

境做比較,利用脂肪幹細胞hADSC (實驗組,有做懸滴式) 與hADSC (對照組,未做懸滴式)、NIH-3T3 (對照組,有做懸滴式,內文本細胞簡稱3T3) 細胞種入二種不同3D環境培養,並分別比較2D與水凝膠多孔支架和2D與低貼附表面培養基的細胞數量、活性與細胞大小等。分析使用條件為Student T test,N=3,P value < 0.05,結果顯示2D環境相較於低貼附表面或相較於3D水凝膠多孔支架環境並無顯著性差異。實驗結果是2D環境最適合貼壁細胞培養,3D的水凝膠多孔支架環境對於球體幹細胞數量、活性的生長優於低貼附表面培養基。另外,研究發現幹細胞需要先做懸滴式方法形成球體而後種

入水凝膠多孔支架環境,未做懸滴式方法則無法自行形成幹細胞球體,低貼附表面培養基環境幹細胞球體在24小時可自行聚集形成。水凝膠支架環境適合脂肪球體細胞生長,活性、數量優於低貼附表面。本研究的貢獻對於脂肪幹細胞形成球體方式與適用3D培養環境具有參考價值,未來將持續研究脂肪間質幹細胞球體在組織再生工程領域的實用性。
