運用數位遊戲式學習於醫護術語課程對護理學生自我導向學習能力及科技接受度之成效探討

背景:醫護術語是護理人員臨床必備的重要能力,然而多數護理學生認為傳統講授的教學方式過於無聊及抽象,而缺乏主動學習的意願。如何提昇護理學生自我導向學習能力,進而增進其醫護術語學習成效,是亟待解决的問題。數位遊戲式學習是一種以學習者為中心的學習方式,過去研究亦顯示學習語言最常使用的學習遊戲為沉浸式遊戲和教學遊戲,因此本研究選擇角色扮演類數位遊戲與益智類數位遊戲進行觀察與比較。期望驗證與探討數位遊戲式學習對於護理學生習醫護術語能否產生正向的影響及良好的適應,進而提供教學單位與教學者作為規劃醫護術語課程教學與學習方式之參考。目的:本研究目的旨在針對角色扮演類數位遊戲與益智類數位遊戲,先探討各別數位遊

戲模式對護理學生自我導向學習能力及科技接受度的影響,再進一步比較不同數位遊戲模式對護理學生自我導向學習能力及科技接受度的影響差異。方法:本研究採類實驗研究設計,以方便取樣進行雙組重複測量。共收案103位北部某護理專科學校之護理學生。實驗組(n =52)接受「課室教學 + 角色扮演類數位遊戲」;控制組(n =51)則接受「課室教學 + 益智類數位遊戲」,共進行三週的教學實驗。結果:1.在自我導向學習能力部份:個別數位遊戲模式的自我導向學習能力皆於延宕測時達統計上顯著差異,不同數位遊戲模式間比較自我導向學習能力則未達統計上的顯著差異。2.在科技接受度部份:實驗組的角色扮演類數位遊戲介入後,科技接受

度未達統計上的顯著差異;控制組的益智類數位遊戲介入後,達統計上顯著差異(p< .05);二組分別進行皮爾森基差相關及路徑分析,結果顯示各構面間皆具有高度相關及顯著關係;但不同數位遊戲模式間之科技接受度進行比較未達統計上的顯著差異。結論與建議:本研究證實護理學生使用不同數位遊戲模式皆能有效提升自我導向學習能力,而對不同數位遊戲模式皆有良好的科技接受度,且各構面間皆呈顯著相關。實驗組表示,透過角色扮演類數位遊戲的故事情境對醫護術語能有更深刻理解,達到布魯姆(Bloom)認知歷程向度中「理解」的層次;控制組則表示益智類數位遊戲可以幫助對醫護術語的記憶及複習,達到「記憶」的層次。建議未來醫護術語課程教

學者可以根據擬達成之認知學習目標,運用適當的數位遊戲模式輔助教學,有助增進護理學生自我導向學習能力,進而提昇醫護術語的學習成效。

Written by local writers in collaboration with an academic researcher, the purpose of this book, Birana i Wala, is to preserve a written document of the fast disappearing Wala tradition (falafala/kastom) for the people of Wala and their future generations. The book is divided into three major parts.

Part One introduces Wala culture and society, including their history, kinship and social organization, religious beliefs, and social norms. Part Two illustrates daily life in the lagoon, in particular Wala heritage of shell money, fishing and canoe. Part Three explores the rites of passage in Wala

lives, from birth, childhood, the teenage period, marriage to the end of life.

智能化機器是當今社會最重要的議題之一,隨著各類技術的飛速進步,智能化機器已經成為人類社會不可或缺的一部分。但我們需要警惕,機器在為人類提供便利的同時,也在深刻地影響著人類社會,甚至會給人類帶來某種風險的挑戰。社會中的機器逐漸控制人類的生活習慣甚至思維,讓本人有感而發,因此促發本人創作與機器有關之系列作品,探討「機器物種 - 關於機器意識的隱喻」主題。本人創作了系列的機器裝置藝術作品,本人稱之為「機器物種」。在本論文,引入米歇爾·傅柯(Michel Foucault)的「權力觀」、弗朗茲‧布倫塔諾(Franz Brentano)的「意向性」心理學理論和尼克‧波斯特洛姆(Nick Bostrom

)對人工智能發展,來探討「機器物種」系列作品的哲思及如何在藝術裝置中讓人體會這個物種意識下的「隱喻」。對科學家來說,機器的自主意識是一個關鍵節點,意味著人類與機器關係轉變的分水嶺。這也是本文圍繞機器與人的關係,展開對藝術裝置的思考,提出機器給人類感官等方面帶來的影響,嘗試在藝術上機器意識的多重可能。本人創作了裝置藝術作品《機器物種》系列,以科技的控制技術與當代藝術結合的方式,塑造出象徵以「機器物種」為概念的裝置藝術。作品旨在表現機器對人類的脅迫和挑戰,並深入探討這種危險的關係是如何形成的,在人類感官上的影響,以及我們該如何看待科技發展的利與弊。
