四軸FSM之光學與馬達的設計與整合

隨著科技進步,雷射光源被廣泛應用於各種不同的領域,其相關產業皆生產高品質與高精密之高單價產品。因此近年來雷射光源在全世界的產值持續攀升。許多研究顯示,雷射光源之精度與穩定度不僅受到外在環境溫度、震動所影響,也會受到本身之結構、熱源及輸入源等影響,故克服上述之問題使得雷射光源品質提升是當務之急。因此fast steer mirror (FSM)被發明以提升雷射品質,但傳統的FSM雷射穩源系統具有光程過長、過多零件,不適用架設於狹窄的空間。因此本論文提出一新型四自由度FSM雷射穩系統以改善傳統FSM雷射穩源系統之缺點並提升其性能。本論文使用光學分析軟體Zemax來設計與分析四自由度FSM雷射穩系

統之光學系統,使用歪斜光線追跡法來建立穩源系統之演算法,並透過市售六軸史都華平台與建立之雛型品來驗證新型FSM雷射穩源系統之可行性。其實驗結果顯示,本論文提出的新型FSM雷射穩源系統具備量測與補償雷射源四自由度誤差之功能。在初步驗證完四自由度FSM雷射穩系統之可行性後,本論文提出一四自由度voice coil motor(VCM)並與Double Porro FSM系統整合,透過有限元素分析軟體Magnet及ANSYS來分析與設計其機械與電磁結構。最後本論文建立了一完整的四自由度FSM雛型品並透過實驗驗證其性能。本論文之研究內容已在國際研究期刊發表了兩篇論文(請參考附件),為避免本論文與發表的

期刊有過多重複,因此本論文內文有做過刪減。

探討芳香療法改善睡眠品質-以乾眼病為例

本研究在探討乾眼病患者經由使用嗅吸快樂鼠尾草精油後,對睡眠品質之探討。研究對象為20-65歲、睡眠時間5-8小時,且眼表疾病指數量表(OSDI)大於13的受測者,依受測者意願分實驗組及對照組各15位。本研究通過元培醫事科技大學人體試驗委員會審查(YPU-IRB-1100507)。實驗組為使用快樂鼠尾草(clay sage)精油於每晚睡眠時間前,將一滴(約0.05毫升)快樂鼠尾草滴至3*3公分棉片後置放於枕頭上,採用嗅吸方式維持連續四週共計28晚。於實驗前、後均施測匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(PSQI)、心率變異分析儀(HRV)以及眼表分析儀(OSA)測量。結果使用單因子變異數分析(One-way A

NOVA),而組內進行成對t檢定(Paired t-test),組間則進行共變異數分析(ANCOVA)及雪費法(Scheffé's test)做事後檢定。實驗結果顯示:乾眼病受測者經由快樂鼠尾草精油嗅吸後,於匹茲堡睡眠品質量表中主觀睡眠品質及總積分的變項在組內具有統計差異。心率變異分析儀的結果則在組內的舒張壓、心率變異性、低頻/高頻比有顯著性降低,收縮壓在實驗組也有下降趨勢,但不具統計差異性。分析淚液膜成份的眼表分析儀則見組內及組間在兩眼的淚膜破裂時間有顯著提升且具統計差異性。於上述結果可看出經由嗅吸快樂鼠尾草精油28晚後,可以改善的睡眠品質問卷的總積分以及主觀睡眠品質有看到統計性差異,同時也

看到舒張壓、心率變異性、低頻/高頻比值下降組內具統計性差異,且舒張壓、低頻/高頻比值在組間具統計性差異,收縮壓也有下降趨勢。乾眼病受測者經由使用嗅吸快樂鼠尾草精油28晚後,其主觀睡眠品質及總積分有改善、舒張壓、心率變異性及低頻/高頻比下降與淚膜破裂時間的改善的結果,推測乾眼病在嗅吸快樂鼠尾草後其改善睡眠品質及淚膜破裂時間的增加可能是透過自律神經的調整。
