傳統企業轉型為B型企業之研究－以嘉澎塑膠有限公司為例

臺灣是亞洲發展B型企業最成熟的國家，其中就有許多原為傳統企業轉型成為B型企業之個案，在組織變革期間，公司不但需與各面向之利害關係人溝通，更要達到「成為對世界最好的企業」的共識，以能讓企業營運地更加順遂，並且創造更多的社會影響力。因此本研究在相關文獻的整理與分析，採用組織變革理論與利害關係人理論的觀點，製作半結構式的問卷，與嘉澎領導者、員工進行深度訪談，探討傳統企業轉型為B型企業時，企業於變革各階段的變化，並比較利害關係人在轉型各階段的反應，研究B型企業理念在臺灣發展之可行性。根據嘉澎轉型的研究結果顯示，變革前期影響接班人組織變革的關鍵為「個人」與「產業」兩個內外在環境因素；變革中期的勢力則有
三種，分別為支持變革的員工、抗拒變革的老臣，與立場較特殊的「浮動因子–嘉澎創辦人」，轉型中需要透過不斷的溝通與承諾，並且分散抗拒者的權力，則較容易達成組織變革的平衡；根據嘉澎變革後的結果，可從中發現B型企業理念很適合臺灣中小企業發展，因為B Corp認證是傳統企業可參考的轉型目標，也是統一企業文化很有效的工具。
台灣電子業供應商之新版責任企業聯盟(RBA)行為準則之認知研究

責任企業聯盟制定的供應商行為準則(Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct，簡稱 RBA COC)，廣泛運用在驗證企業社會責任之認知，台灣電子業供應鍵必須要遵守RBA COC的各項標準才能符合客戶的要求，並藉由專屬的有效性稽核程序（Validated audit process，簡稱VAP）來驗證在勞工、健康與安全、環境、道德與管理體系，藉由各種具體的實踐成果分別展現在「環保面」、「經濟面」與「社會面」也就是在實現企業社會責任。有鑑於此，本研究目的之焦點在瞭解台灣電子業於新版RBA COC行為準則之認知，並透過文獻回顧與問卷調查來探討目前電子
產業對於五個構面中的各項標準之認知程度。RBA COC也包含綠色與永續供應鍵執行成果，公司將環保思維納入原來的企業社會責任管理系統，然後再以更極積、前瞻以環保為主要的思考點。本研究透過文獻蒐集和問卷調查的方法，探討台灣電子產業對於RBA COC的看法，發放對象為台灣永續供應協會成員、RBA會員以及電子產業，共寄發212家的企業，共有58家企業回覆，有效問卷為58 份，其回收率為27.4 %。本研究結果，台灣電子業於新版RBA COC之認知性在產業界的看法一致，皆無明顯差異性的不同，通常供應商都是被動地進行遵循RBA COC。但是換個角度來說，遵循這個管理系統將可以使企業本身的管理系統變得更加完
備，企業想要永續經營建議可以及早建立社會責任管制系統，以免到時Apple、Acer等知名品牌找上門了，面對稽核卻措手不及而錯失良機。
