高功率可變出光角光子晶體面射型雷射之特性研究

本論文旨在研究高功率可變出光角之光子晶體面射型雷射的設計,製作及其光電特性。光子晶體面射型雷射因具備大功率操作及發散角小等特性,近年來頗受矚目,被視為是3D感測,光達,和雷射加工等應用領域的理想光源;研究首先藉由數值模擬計算來探討磊晶結構及光子晶體結構對於雷射閾值及出光效率的影響,進而得到較佳的磊晶結構同時配合不同的光子晶體結構來進行實驗驗證,實驗與模擬的結果均顯示雷射的斜率效率隨著光子晶體結構的對稱性下降而大幅上升,實驗並針對P面向上的結構進行優化,使得光輸出功率進一步提升,同時我們也針對大功率單模操作進行探討。另一方面我們也針對改變鐳射出光角度的機制進行研究以實現光束掃描的新奇雷射結構。

先後評估了主動式的光學相位陣列,主動式光柵結構,雙調變式光子晶體結構以及超穎結構等方式,考量結構整合的便利性及發光效率等因素,我們採用雷射整合表面超穎結構的方式進行設計,超穎結構的設計使用了奈米結構陣列及反向設計兩種方式,在砷化鎵基板上實驗的結果顯示此結構可將雷射光偏轉至設計的角度並且抑制原本垂直方向上的雷射光,此超穎結構結合光子晶體面射型雷射將得到高效率且緊湊的光束偏轉雷射,進一步製作成不同出光角度的陣列並單獨控制即可實現掃描功能,預期此雷射結構在上述的應用領域有著相當大的潛力。

In this book, the genes responsible for hearing loss will be reviewed, and a diagnostic strategy for mutation screening using a mutation/gene database based on the mutation spectrum of a corresponding population will be discussed. The simultaneous examination of the

multiple deafness mutations by means of Invader assay followed by direct sequencing will enable us to detect deafness mutations in an efficient and practical manner for clinical use. We will discuss the genetic background of the pre-lingual as well as post-lingual deafness patients with cochlear im

plantation. Furthermore, auditory performance after cochlear implantation will be reviewed in the patients who underwent genetic evaluation. In addition to the above-mentioned factors, future screening for deafness genes will also be discussed in connection with the fact that many patients want to k

now their etiology, the most effective treatment, and helpful counseling about recurrence rates. Genetic counseling is important for the patients and their families to understand the heredity of hearing. Genetic counseling-based approaches are an important issue and when to perform genetic counselin

g will be discussed. A new era is now approaching in which ENT clinicians will be able to access genetic testing. 台中港區微粒、金屬元素之乾沉降污染物預測、排放來源及健康風險評估之研究

本研究是使用PS-1採樣器與乾沉降板來蒐集大氣中的懸浮微粒及其附屬重金屬汙染物之濃度及乾沉降,採樣時間於2020年1月至12月於台中梧棲港區來進行。本研究並藉由使用ICP-OES分析儀來分析附著於懸浮微粒上之汙染物的重金屬濃度及乾沉降。再者,本研究亦使用Global model來推估並比較不同粒徑所計算出來之懸浮微粒及其附屬重金屬汙染物之乾沉降通量,其值並與實際之乾沉降值作一比較。除此之外,本研究並利用逆軌跡分析方法來推測台中港區採樣點之可能汙染源。最後,本研究更以風險評估之方法來計算該特徵採樣點之致癌風險值。研究結果顯示,總懸浮微粒濃度與乾沉降通量其最高值均發生於冬季,而重金屬濃度與乾沉降

之最高值則分別為重金屬Cu,Ni。此外,乾沉降模式之研究結果顯示,Global collection model之模式推估乾沉降通量以重金屬元素Pb可得到最佳之乾沉降推估結果。再者,重金屬元素Pb 乾沉降通量之最佳預測結果則出現在 以16 μm 的微粒尺寸作為計算之乾沉降速度則其乾沉降通量能有最佳之推估結果。而逆軌跡分析之結果顯示,本研究之主要汙染氣團於6、7、8月是來自採樣點的南方,其餘月份皆來自於採樣點之北方。而在健康風險評估結果顯示該採樣點之金屬元素Cr的致癌風險值結果高於1×10-4,上述值高於致癌風險監管機構US/EPA之標準。因此,未來宜持續監測觀察上述重金屬Cr元素於台中港區之濃

度及致癌風險值。
