「績效獎金」的發放已是國內外企業行之有年的獎酬福利制度,也是最直接激勵員工的方式,同時,有助於提高組織生產力與效率。文獻指出員工滿意公司的獎勵制度確實能提高員工工作績效,管理階層在帶領團隊時,也發現參與組織公民行為的員工會使組織領導者工作更為輕鬆。本研究旨對績效獎金制度滿意度與組織公民行為兩者關連性及影響加以深入探討,以員工敬業度列為中介變數,共發放 120 份問卷,進行量化問卷調查並以 surveycake為調查工具,題項設計共 15 題。經回收問卷資料分析結果發現,績效獎金制度滿意度對組織公民行為呈現正相關,員工敬業度對組織公民行為呈現顯著正相關,績效獎金制度滿意度對員工敬業度之中介效果

成立。根據分析資料同時發現,教育程度與職務階級與組織公民行為有顯著相關性。本研究結果,將有助於後續對績效獎金制度與組織公民行為主題有興趣之研究者更深入探討並提供實務面之建議。

微型企業營利模式及永續經營策略之研究 -以S公司為例

國內截至目前有關微型企業之研究，多偏重在授信、風險等領域，鮮少就微型企業營利模式與永續經營的議題作研究，特別是在社會責任方面之探討。本論文採個案研究方式，以微型企業成功發展迄今，從事國內外食品代理銷售業務的S公司為例，利用五力分析及SWOT分析等經營理論，研究分析S公司之營利成功關鍵因子及永續經營策略，提供S公司現階段最佳經營策略及設計問卷訪談綱要，經由深度訪談S公司領導階層，得到結論為:(一) 營利模式成功最關鍵因子為創辦人、(二)永續經營面臨之挑戰為同業(水貨)競爭、(三)核心競爭力為多角化經營策略、(四)經營階層世代傳承目前規劃以專業經理人及二代共同治理、(五)永續經營策略為深化商品策

略、關係企業分工、自有品牌經營及開發海外市場、(六)ESG公司治理訂定目標及方案。本研究對S公司之營利成功模式及永續經營策略作探討之結論，有助於後續研究者針對整體食品代理銷售業作探討，使研究結果更趨完善。
