關於社區藥局的研究,其所探討的多以用藥安全為主,或研究社區健康照護及機構式照護,較偏重於健康促進部份。在邁入高齡社會後,許多老人在生理上逐漸衰弱,加上多數都患有慢性疾病,那麼除了醫療上的健康照護外,更需要心理層次的關懷,來滿足被重視的安全感。目前在先進國家開始推動所謂的非醫療的介入,主是要將醫療資源從疾病的治療移轉為疾病的預防,在地方先執行「社會處方」計畫。研究者認為社區整體照顧的背後意義,是讓高齡者能在安心有被尊重的環境中生活而不是豪華的設施、昂貴的開銷生活,並且能持續的感受到存在於社會的價值感,也就是讓高齡者有「社會性存在」的生活環境。本研究的目的在於想了解社區藥局除了藥事服務的傳統角色

外還有什麼角色與功能,並且是用什麼方式呈現社會處方的樣貌,而社會處方對於高齡者的健康照顧服務及社區藥局的角度來看,分別代表什麼意義。本研究因為研究場域為工作的社區藥局,是研究者本身在日常生活中接觸的人們、物品,以及在特定情境下發生的事件,並且因為藥局場域的人事物帶來高齡者的生命經驗,體悟出生活面向及生命經驗對研究者本身的意義與本質。因此採用質性研究方法來探究工作場域下和高齡者產生的共鳴對話,並且從互動過程中發現社會處方的存在重要性並且加以發現出可行性的重要。最後研究者將社會處方具體化內容來說明社區藥局的服務場域中,社會處方呈現的樣貌如何形成社會處方的方式。並且建議未來可以利用藥師來開立社會處方

的必要性來落實人性化的非醫療方式來解決社會上高齡者的因應問題,進而加強老人健康照顧服務的面向,更貼近身心靈的需求。

國小二年級實施「尊重」品德教育之行動研究

本研究旨在探究如何在國小二年級實施「尊重」品德教育,以及課程實施後,學生在品德教育尊重核心價值方面的行為表現。研究者以品格至要(Character Counts)的尊重核心價值,設計了「將心比心」、「你我都特別」與「有你真好」三個主題式課程,本研究自107 年4月於新竹市快樂國小二年級進行教學,經歷約兩個月的時間完成教學活動。本次的尊重課程主要的目的是希望學生能學會什麼是尊重,進而改變衝動的情緒和行為,研究者設計多元的教學活動,例如繪本閱讀、角色扮演以及新聞事件分析等,並搭配校外教學進行尊重體驗活動。在課程實施過程中以教學觀察記錄、訪談記錄、學生的學習單和教師省思札記等資料進行分析,最後歸納

出本研究的結論如下:一、以品格至要尊重六個核心價值規劃二年級尊重課程具體可行,教師可以用生活實例與學生一同討論每一個要點的意涵。二、尊重教育課程需搭配多元的教學活動,如繪本教學、影片引導、角色扮演、卡片手作,也可結合校外教學,給予學生實際的體驗,學生對尊重的感受更高。三、尊重教育除了正式課程實施外,也可融入班級生活中,例如以品格至要中的尊重意涵制班級公約,讓尊重變成生活中的常規。四、尊重課程實施後,學生了解到尊重核心價值的意涵後,會主動關懷班上同學;學生會正確表達自己的情緒,也懂得反省自己的行為;學生的人際關係改善後,班上的氣氛也變得和諧融洽。五、尊重教育的行動研究讓研究者調整自己過往因不理解

學生行為而產生不良情緒,同時幫助研究者進行教學上的反思,使自己的教學得以精進。最後根據研究結果,研究者提出一些建議,為往後希望在班上實施尊重教育教學的教師和學校行政單位一些參考。
