台灣早期珠寶金飾產業都是傳統銀樓店面經營模式,消費者對傳統的黃金飾品的要求只有黃金的純度與便宜的工資,並多無品牌意識,更是對服務與滿意度之觀念毫無知悉可言。近十幾年來珠寶金飾市場也因為國外知名品牌的引進,消費者開始注重品牌,本土珠寶金飾業者為增加競爭力也紛紛開始導入品牌觀念,了解到必須創造自有品牌,提高品牌知名度、服務品質和顧客滿意度,才能在市場佔有一席之地。因此本研究在探討以時尚流行珠寶產業之消費者為研究對象,以品牌知名度、服務品質為自變項,購買意願為依變項,顧客滿意為中介變項,產品價格為干擾變項,探討其彼此間影響之關係。本研究以台灣北中南百貨商場珠寶區之消費者為調查對象進行實證研究。

其研究結果顯示:(1)品牌知名度對顧客滿意度具有正向顯著影響。(2)服務品質對顧客滿意度具有正向顯著影響。(3)顧客滿意度對購買意願具有正向顯著影響。(4)品牌知名度對購買意願具有正向顯著影響。(5)服務品質對購買意願具有正向顯著影響。(6)品牌知名度與購買意願之間,顧客滿意度具有部分中介效果。(7)服務品質與購買意願之間,顧客滿意度具有完全中介效果。(8)顧客滿意度與購買意願之間,產品價格具有干擾效果。
