問題導向學習(PBL)教學對提升觀光系大學生領隊危機處理能力之成效

論文提要內容:台灣的高等教育投入觀光領域的教學由來已久,但是在領隊的培訓課程仍有不足,致使學生從事領隊工作時常出現旅遊危機。為加強學生的職場競爭力,本研究探討以問題導向學習的方法對團體旅遊中領隊危機處理能力的適用性,藉以教學提升觀光系大學生的領隊危機處理能力。首先收集職場上專業領隊導遊在帶團中較常遇見的旅遊危機種類,作為教案依據,再於大學觀光系的旅遊服務管理相關課程中進行問題導向教學。授課完成後用問卷調查學生對於授課老師引導學生的學習動機與態度、課程內容的安排及教學法的成效。本研究採用驗證性因素分析去建構領隊危機處理能力量表的信效度及配適度。教學前先對所有研究對象施以「領隊危機處理能力量表」

前測,教學完畢後施以後測,將所得的資料以成對樣本t檢定及獨立樣本t檢定的統計方法進行分析。分析結果如下:PBL教學對於領隊危機處理的指揮和資訊能力、協調與整合能力、管理與學習能力、環境壓力能力皆有顯著性的提高。有工作經驗的學生在協調與整合能力、管理與學習能力、及環境壓力能力三方面有顯著性差異。以PBL教學法進行教學之後的研究顯示,學生對於課程在學習動機與態度、課程內容的安排及教學法的滿意度都很高,表示學生在整體課程中都肯定PBL能培養學生自主學習及問題解決能力,而且除了樂意參與學習活動和覺得上課有趣外,也對自己學習能力與學習效果感到自信及滿意,而這一結果也在本次研究印證了PBL為提升領隊危機處

理能力適合的教學法。

花蓮縣國民小學教師自我效能和工作滿意之研究-以工作投入為中介變項

摘要自從政府推動十二年國教政策以來,新課綱肩負教育願景與使命,在變動的教學環境中,教師被賦予諸多責任。而近年來,與教師相關議題甚多,如:取消教師免稅、主張零體罰納入教育基本法、修正教師法提升不適任教師之處理等,媒體放大這些議題的報導,令公眾對教師行業形象產生負面觀感,降低人們對教師的信任感,對老師造成衝擊。本研究旨在探討在這樣的的工作氛圍下,其教師自我效能、工作投入及工作滿意間之關聯性。本研究採用問卷調查法,以花蓮縣國民小學教師為研究對象。採網路問卷調查的方式,以Google表單發放問卷,收回341份問卷,有效問卷332份,佔97.36%。根據研究結果得到以下結論:教師自我效能對工作滿意度有

正向影響;教師自我效能對工作投入有正向影響;工作投入對工作滿意度有正向影響;工作投入在教師自我效能對工作滿意之正向影響具有部分中介效果。結果顯示,若想提升國民小學教師的工作滿意度,必須增進教師自我效能,相對便可提升教師的工作投入態度,創造更高的學校效能並造福莘莘學子。關鍵詞:國民小學、教師自我效能、工作滿意、工作投入
