長者服務創新技術對服務品質影響之研究—社會工作者觀點之分析

作為一個助人的專業技術,在中國大陸「政府購買」服務為主要潮流的氛圍下,長者服務領域社會工作不僅需要對秉持自己價值倫理議題進行討論、重視服務方法技術的實踐,而且反思如何更好地做好社工服務管理,並通過不斷創新保證自身良好的服務品質亦是非常重要。中國大陸的社會工作服務發展正處於起始和政策福利配套逐步完善的階段,加之兩岸服務使用者自身價值觀的差異,服務使用者基本的需求介入後滿意程度都非常高,服務需要和服務期待之間的落差測評並不明顯。但是專業社會工作者專業教育優先開展,而且養老服務領域已經有了幾十年的積累,社工實際專業服務能力、專業環境和專業實踐產出並不一定能達到從業者自身對專業的期待,社會工作者自身

的「期待」和實際的「應用」之間存在較大差別,尤其是在提倡創新發展的階段更是明顯。本研究的主要目的如下:(一)瞭解社會工作者視角下長者服務創新技術認知和應用的情況;(二)瞭解社會工作者視角下長者服務品質期待與落實現狀;(三)分析長者服務管理創新技術對服務品質的影響,並分析其影響程度;(四)提出促進或改善創新技術對服務品質改善的相應策略。本研究採取量化研究的方法,在檢閱老年社會工作、創新技術及服務品質相關文獻,借鑒黃源協教授服務品質量表的同時,研究者自設創新技術量表,以養老服務全覆蓋的東莞養老領域的社工為例進行普查,共計收回問卷466份。本研究主要發現如下:(一)社會工作者視角下長者服務創新技術及

服務品質重視程度及應用情況良好,優勢保持項目較多;(二)重視服務理念/方法認知和應用有利於創新技術及服務品質技術發展;(三)創新技術及服務品質均存在著「期待-實踐落差」的困境;(四)創新技術及服務品質應然面能有效地解釋其重要程度,同時個別存在負面效應;(五)長者創新技術使用頻次及服務品質落實程度相關,並有一定中介作用。在對研究結果進行討論與分析後,本研究建立在創新技術及服務品質的基礎上,從政策、實務與學術等三個面向分別提出相關建議,以供後續建立養老服務品質基礎上的創新技術之相關政策、實務及學術研究上的參考。

全球化導致許多國家為了國家發展而推動跨國合作,其中有國際學術合作項目,這一趨勢推動了亞洲各國的教育改革,越來越多的國際學生選擇出國留遊學。尤其台灣近年來已成為亞洲地區最受歡迎的目的地之一。因此,全球化和國際化在過去十年來越來越受到教育管理研究學者的關注,他們發現國際化是高等教育可永續發展不可或缺的部分。本研究旨在通過分析各種教育行銷管理理論和文獻綜述,構建面向國際學生招生的創新行銷策略(The IMS)。文獻綜述用於構建創新營銷策略問卷。隨後將收集的300名在台留學生的數據用於可行性研究分析並構建最終問卷。研究一之可行性研究結束後,從522名參與者收集的調查數據用於描述性分析、方差分析和SE
