本研究旨在探討運動賽事觀賞者之賽會意象、網路口碑與行為意圖之影響,並瞭解不同人口背景變項之運動賽事觀賞者在賽會意象、網路口碑與行為意圖之差異情形。本研究採用滾雪球抽樣法,發放網路問卷給予運動賽事觀賞者,共發出531份正式問卷,剔除無效問卷後,回收有效樣本數共519份,有效回收率97.74%,回收資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及線性結構方程模式藉以探討賽會觀賞者的賽會意象與網路口碑對行為意圖影響之研究。分析結論為:不同性別的運動賽事觀賞者在賽會意象、網路口碑與行為意圖上有顯著差異情形,其餘人口背景變項在賽會意象、網路口碑與行為意圖皆無顯著差異情形。透過線性結構方程模式發現,

運動賽事觀賞者的網路口碑對賽會意象有顯著正向影響,對行為意圖會有顯著正向影響;賽會意象對行為意圖會有顯著正向影響;賽會意象在網路口碑對行為意圖之影響中具中介效果。針對前述結果,建議運動賽事之主辦單位可加強賽事在網路上的傳播行銷,進而促使運動賽事觀賞者觀賞運動賽事的行為。
