隨著無線網路以及移動設備的普及,現在人手至少擁有一台智慧型手機,智慧型手機已成為現代人日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。在台灣,LINE已是民眾每天造訪次數最多的社群媒體,目前過去研究多探討社群媒體之持續使用意圖與忠誠度,較少研究針對中高齡者使用社群媒體之黏著度進行探討,因此本研究將社會支持、社會影響、自主性、自我效能、績效期望、努力期望視為中高齡者使用LINE社群媒體黏著度之影響因素。本研究之研究對象為中高齡者有使用LINE之民眾,採便利抽樣法,透過網路及紙本問卷共發放368份問卷,扣除無效問卷53份及45歲以下55份,有效問卷回收260份,回收率為82.54%。採用SPSS25.0與AMOS2

0.0統計軟體進行信效度分析及複迴歸以驗證假設。本研究結果證實自主性對黏著度有正向影響、績效期望與黏著度有正向影響,以及努力期望對黏著度有正向影響,亦即當中高齡者透過LINE,可以讓他展開不同的生活以及讓他充分表現出他的生活方式,將會使其花更長的時間、經常地使用LINE上的各種功能。表示當中高齡者容易與輕鬆的使用LINE,並覺得使用LINE方便讓他接受新的資訊(如:新聞、防疫訊息、政府資訊等),且亦會使他無時無刻都在使用LINE。
