本研究旨在探討影響大學就學穩定率之休學、退學以及轉學等影響因素,以找出提高大學就學穩定率的策略。本研究採取半結構式訪談法,訪談八位曾經有休學、退學以及轉學經驗之大學生,進而了解影響學生流失之原因以及願意使學生續留在該學校就讀的因素,並討論學校可以有何作為提高學生穩定就學。本研究結果發現近三年一般國立大學就學穩定率的排名呈現不穩定變動情形,而影響就學不穩定的因素有:學校內外部環境、學生對未來生涯打算、家人影響以及學生人際網絡與自我期待。因此,針對學校行政單位有以下建議:提升校內軟硬體設備、空間,以豐富校內資源;辦理多樣活動、工作坊,以增進學生學習資源;結合學生輔導諮商中心資源,以協助學生適應相

關問題。另外,針對學系辦學有以下建議:教師教學與時俱進,課程設計多樣且完善;結合系學會辦理相關活動,建立學生之歸屬感;定期辦理系上學生聚會,並結合專人專責學生適應相關問題。

本研究主要係採用歷史文獻回顧方式來蒐集資料與整理等事實根據,並歸納出研究觀點、推測與建議,用以探討台灣不同時期領導人因政策方針影響兩岸之關係。目前兩岸關係不同以往,日趨緊張,統戰聲量高漲,打壓事件更是層出不窮,因此間接使台灣人民之民主意識逐漸抬頭,加上近年新冠肺炎疫情爆發蔓延全球,兩岸的交流也因此出現前所未有的停頓,甚至一度出現隔閡與對立,中國大陸也因疫情動搖國際地位,台灣國際地位卻得到提升,故北京當局對我常掛上「台獨」頭銜,因此兩岸政治關係逐漸走向對立。SARS迄今經過國民黨與民進黨執政,兩岸關係起起伏伏,而基於前次經驗,待新冠肺炎疫情過後,未來定會造成兩岸互動結構產生永久性的衝擊,因此不
