網際網路發展使得影視產業鏈面臨解構與重塑的動態過程，2016年臺灣進入OTT TV發展元年，Netflix、愛奇藝等境外影視平臺接連插旗臺灣，再加上國內業者也紛紛投入市場，短時間內即有多達20家國內外業者在臺灣遍地開花。面對產業生態如此飽和、競爭激烈的市場，加上境外巨頭業者的威脅，臺灣本土OTT TV業者要如何善用自己的核心資源，面對新舊媒體並存的衝突與挑戰，同時與產業中的其他業者建立起既競爭又合作的共生關係，使產業趨向於共生生態環境已成為影視產業的發展重點。本研究透過深度訪談法，與3家不同經營背景的臺灣OTT TV高層主管，包括民視四季線上4gTV、台灣大哥大myVideo、CATCHPL
AY+，以及1位前國家通訊傳播委員會委員，現任世新大學何吉森副教授進行訪問，以媒介生態學的視野，探究在多邊市場的平臺生態系統中，臺灣OTT TV業者如何面對其經營模式的轉變，並將業者與其所屬的環境，包含政治經濟、社會文化、科技技術等面向的互動關係進行討論，暸解臺灣OTT TV業者面對產業生態模式轉變的衝突與挑戰，並針對臺灣線上影視產業的發展提出建議。研究發現，臺灣整體產業環境發展的阻礙原因在於，社會環境與政府政策無法與時俱進地因應快速變遷的科技技術，以致產業生態產生失衡的狀況。而隨著產業界線日趨模糊，許多業者在生態鏈中所扮演的角色也不再單一，並逐漸將企業重點策略朝向上游發展，同時在系統演化的過
