文化素養融入國民小學四年級閩南語教學之研究

語言不只是「溝通的工具」更具「承載社會文化的使命」。本研究者多年來在國民小學職場觀察到的閩南語教學現象，大多只停留在語音的教學，欠缺文化內涵的著墨；年輕老師對於閩南語文化認知較不足；學生僅模仿發音，對於文化的情意缺乏理解與感動，更談不上主動參與文化活動的積極態度與行為。本研究採取行動研究取向，旨在探究藉由閩南語教學提升學生文化素養的可行性。本研究擬探討的問題如下：一、文化內涵是否可融入國民小學的閩南語教學課程中。二、運用閩南諺語實施閩南語教學，是否能增強學生的學習興趣。三、文化素養融入閩南語教學，是否能提升學生對本土文化的認知和理解。四、文化素養融入閩南語教學，是否能提升學生日常生活的行為表
現與責任感。五、文化素養融入閩南語教學，是否能與生活經驗連結，促進學生主動參與文化活動的行為。六、運用閩南諺語實施閩南語教學，是否有助於提昇教師的閩南語教學能力和成效。本研究藉由課程設計，將閩南諺語及文化素養融入教學中。研究者以所任教的國民小學四年級班級選修閩南語課程鄉土語文的十九名學生及選修客語鄉土語文的八名學生為研究對象，透過教學活動、教室觀察、文化素養行為觀察紀錄的教學省思札記、行動學習檢核表(我的文化素養生活紀錄、學生文化素養行為自評表、和家人參與家鄉休閒活動印象最深刻的一次體驗紀錄表) 、學生文化素養行為觀察紀錄表、教學活動感想問卷、文化素養學習知能量表、晤談資料(學生、協同教師、家

含兒茶素化妝品的抗老化與美白的有效性

摘要本論文研究的目的在評估兒茶素 (catechins) 應用在抗老化與美白化妝品的有效性。本研究分三部分：一是兒茶素的化學性抗氧化能力。二是利用細胞株探討其抗老化與美白的能力；三是製備兒茶素化妝品；觀測含兒茶素化妝品的安定性、安全性、及有效性包括皮膚保水性、皮膚彈性、美白效果。實驗結果如下：細胞株實驗證明，兒茶素能促進纖維母細胞 (CCD-966SK) 增生與促進分泌膠原蛋白，在 3.9 ~ 500 μg/mL 的濃度範圍內，纖維母細胞的存活率以含 500 μg/mL 兒茶素的培養基最佳。兒茶素對於抑制人體黑色素瘤母細胞 (A375) 生成黑色素之影響，在培養 72 小時後照射 UVA (
1.1 mW/cm2)，含兒茶素 3.9 ~ 250 μg/mL 的培養基能抑制 UVA 照射後黑色素的形成，但 250 μg/mL 以上抑制效果就有下降的趨勢；而在抑制 UVB 照射後所形成的黑色素，3.9 ~ 62.5 μg/mL 兒茶素是有抑制效果的，甚至比對照組維生素 C 來得好。濃度 0.4% ~ 2.0% 的兒茶素，對 DPPH 的清除率可達 100% 以上，對清除超氧陰離子，以 0.4% 兒茶素的效果最好，可達 57.3%，但隨兒茶素濃度提昇其清除效果反而下降；至於螯合 Fe2+ 方面，效果並不明顯，0.4% 兒茶素只有 16.7% 的螯合效果。兒茶素乳霜之安定性，經超音波功率震
盪 5 分鐘、離心30 分鐘後不會發生相分離，在 50℃ 中貯存 2 個月以上皆不會產生產品的相分離，顯示出該產品具有良好的安定性，至於兒茶素乳霜安全性方面，使用 6 星期後，測得人體 pH 值皆在正常值範圍 5.01 ~ 5.98 之間，且並不會對皮膚造成紅腫的現象。在有效性方面，塗抹含兒茶素乳霜對皮膚保水性之效果良好，與不含兒茶素乳霜品相比較，4 週後有統計上的差別，而對皮膚之彈性值 R2 及 R8 皆有隨使用時間增加而有皮膚彈性增加之現象，另外對皮膚粗糙度指標如鱗片度與粗糙度，也都有明顯降低的趨勢。至於在皮膚美白效果方面，黑色素指標雖然也隨著使用週數增加而有降低，但在統計上並無明顯差別。
